Wonderful, comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy. Plenty of all the stuff needed, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen fully loaded. Best part was the pool…very clean, well maintained and in good shape. <10 minute drive to beach.

The family booked this home for our yearly family vacation. Home was clean, well cared for and an ease to check in and out of. Had everything that we needed for the week.

Great property for a family of 4. Each child had their own room and space. The kitchen was functional and 2 full bathrooms was great! Pool was clean and refreshing. Crazy close to the beach for a much better price than staying on the beach plus way more space. Some minor issues were handled quickly. Keurig was great for the morning coffee! Supplies for enjoying the beach were pretty basic but were enough for us. What else to say? If we came back to the area, would have no problem staying here again.

Myself & my husband stayed at this home & it had everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The pool is beautiful and we had everything you could wish for. A great back yard with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine, and it was HOT! The property is well maintained. Plenty of towels , dishes, appliances and beach chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Would stay again next year if available. Host were very accommodating to our needs.

This was our third year at this wonderful house. The heated pool was used almost every day of the month. The backyard has plenty of chairs, a grill and two tables. We ate at the patio table most of time. The house is well stocked. All the appliances operated to perfection including the washer and dryer. The 3 beds are very comfortable, and the 2 full baths made it easy for a couple of visitors to get ready in the morning. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the location to the beaches, shopping and restaurants is very convenient. Scott is a great host and responds very quickly to all communications.

This property has everything that you need for a comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable stay. Plenty of towels, linens, beach towels. Kitchen has every utensil you would possibly need including pots, pans, slow cookers, dishes, and glassware. There is a gas grill for coming out. The beautiful pool is heated, clean, and totally amazing with plenty of poolside seating. Location is close to shopping and 3 miles from the beach. Great communication with the property owners. We enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything that we needed to cook and bake. The owners were very responsive to our needs and requests, and those needs were met within the day. The price was very reasonable for the property and we comfortably housed 5 adults for the week. The location was great for us as we had events planned in Tampa, Redington Beach, Palm Harbor, and even Arcadia. We would absolutely stay here again!

This spot was GREAT!! Really enjoyed our trip to clearwater/largo. This house is close to everything and had everything you need. Pool is very nice!! Just a heads up the TV channels are very odd, I don't go on vacation to watch TV but if you have a small child or it's something you are looking for just be aware. There is a HDMI cable so I could stream cartoons for my child.

The house is absolutely beautiful!! We walked in & it smelled so clean & fresh!! Myself & two friends that are like sisters came to getaway & relax. We did exactly that!! The first two days we didn't even leave the house! So relaxing sleeping in our own bedrooms, relaxing by the pool & ordering in Doordash! Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short as the airline canceled our flights & had to go home a day early. 😔 None of us were ready to leave that house! I definitely want to go back!!

We feel like there could’ve been more house hold goods in the house.(toilet paper, dishwasher pods, soaps etc) otherwise it was in a good location, the home was clean, the pool was great, and the owners were quick to respond if needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great vacation home. Size is perfect for 2-6 adults. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. The heated pool allows for relaxing from morning to night. We always felt secure in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time in the house and the owners are very responsive. The location is close to everything including the beach, restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores. We look forward to returning annually as long as we can

Perfect home away from home!

My family enjoyed this house, having a pool to our selves was great coming back from the beach every day! Clean and plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The listing described the property accurately. I walked daily in the neighborhood and felt safe. The shower head in the main bedroom had a constant drip. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor landscape.

The house provided a great base for a very relaxing vacation. Access was easy and secure. It was very clean and supplies were provided to keep it clean. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes, glasses and silverware along with utensils and cookware. A traditional coffee pot and a Keurig were provided. The refrigerator kept everything cold and had an ice maker that kept up with our needs. The electric stove with oven and the microwave were easy to use. The washer and dryer in the garage worked perfectly. The two bathrooms were more than adequate with plenty of hot water for daily showers. There are 3 HD televisions in the house along with a DVD player in the living room. The WIFI was fast, reliable and easy to connect. Plenty of furniture gave us comfortable seating. The beds were comfortable. The backyard was great and enclosed with a tall privacy fence. The heated pool was clean and very relaxing. The pool was maintained weekly by a pool service company. The pool deck was stone and was not slippery when wet. A couple of tables and several chairs allowed us to eat all of our meals outside, as part of the area is covered. The gas grill worked fine. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, a short golf course and a park around a lake. Largo Mall was close by. It is about 15 minutes to the beaches. Communications with Scott and Melissa were very good. There was a slight problem with the pool heater which was promptly addressed. I couldn't have been more pleased with their attention. Our great hosts provided a house for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Thank you!

Loved it!

We arrived very late, check in was super quick and easy. The neighbourhood was every quiet. Ideal spot for beaches, shopping and attractions which are all very close by in a car. The home was spotless, very cute with a lovely beach theme. We were a party of 4 and we had more than enough room and private space. The pool and patio were lovely, especially in the evenings where we had el fresco dining watching the birds and critters at sunset. We must pay a BIG thank you to Scott and Melissa, we experienced difficulties getting back to the UK after our flight was cancelled owing to COVID19. We explained this to our hosts who immediately responded with a more than generous solution to our accommodation worries. Big high five guys. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and suggest you should too :) Annette and girls
