This is our third time staying here and it did not disappoint. Afraid to try any where else for fear of it not meeting the same expectations . Just a fabulous place to stay in the poconos , cozy , close to everything and the owners are aweomse !!!!

I can’t say enough about this property from being quaint , clean and location . This was our first trip to the poconos and we had an absolute fabulous time . Lake a short walk from the house and to be honest I could of spent my entire time at the house . Just beautiful and the owners were fabulous , very quick to respond to questions . Definitely will return !!! Wish we had booked one more day 😊

LeeAnn and Dan went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. House was charming and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Plus a few extra touches which was especially nice.

The house was very nice. Comfortable enough for 6 adults + 1 two year old. Short walk to the lake. Everything needed for a 5 day stay was provided.

The house was more then stocked with necessities and special little extras that we really appreciated! The beds were comfy and the property was very well maintained.

Overall great stay. LeeAnn and Dan were awesome hosts - quick to respond and kind. Dan hopped on a call with me when I was having difficulty lighting the indoor fireplace and was very patient in giving me step my step instructions to get it started. The house had plenty of room to accommodate sleeping arrangements for 10 people and the house's layout was perfect for entertaining. It was nice/convenient that the hosts provided linens and towels. We utilized both fireplaces (indoor and outdoor) and also the bluetooth speaker that played music throughout the house. We felt like we had plenty of privacy and appreciated the close proximity to the lake and restaurants. Had a lot of fun and would stay again.

I highly recommend anyone this rental to anyone looking for something in this area. The property was clean, well maintained and very accommodating. The owners are extremely responsive and have covered all the bases in terms of providing necessary info at the house. The location is great for both summer and winter activities. The house itself has a great layout for spending quality time with family or friends. We used it for a short winter getaway and hope to be back for either something in the summer or again next winter. Five stars all the way.

This house was perfect for our Presidents Day weekend ski getaway. We had two families in the house each with two boys ages 9-13. We had plenty of room to spread out. The older boys loved the loft. Having the separate areas with a few TVs worked out great! The house was stocked with everything a family would need. There was also special touches throughout. Great location for Big Boulder only a few miles away and Jack Frost was about an 8 min drive. LeeAnn and Dan were wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with from the start. Thank you for your attention to detail! Looking forward to renting again!

We had 2 families in our group with kids ranging from 4-12. There was plenty of room for all to enjoy our ski weekend away. The bigger kids loved the family room on the lower level while the smaller children enjoyed the "cool" loft which gave us parents the main living room with the beautiful gas fireplace. So many extras I have not seen before made you feel like the owners take great pride in making sure their guests enjoy their time and have all their needs met. Great location for us to go skiing. Went to Jack frost during the day and at night Big Boulder for tubing. Easy and quick commute to both mountains. Definitely would love to stay again!

Met up with our grown children and their families for a weekend getaway - something we've been talking about for years but finally did. The house was perfect - three floors of living space allowed us to be close but also to have space when needed. The grands absolutely loved having their own loft, complete with kid sized furniture, and plenty of space. The two wild/tame deer that met us while we were unpacking were a fun treat. We spent the weekend playing games, eating and crashing - exactly what we wanted to do. Every time one of us said, "I wonder if they have . . .", they did. The owners thought of all the little touches that made it special. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the location was perfect. Thanks so much for renting out your home - it was a wonderful, memorable weekend.

We had 3 couples for an adult getaway. We were completely impressed with the vacation home. Leeann and Dan have thought of everything from all linens to plenty of chairs to enjoy an evening fire. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the pots and pans and spices anyone would need to create a delicious homemade meal. There is a gas grill as well. The location was central to market, parks for hiking and the casinos. Our absolute favorite part of our experience was our interaction with nature. We were visited by fox, chipmunks,squirrels and deer. The deer were literally eating out of our hands. If we had grandchildren with us they would have been just as delighted as we were. This cabin is very well taken care of and tastefully decorated. It is ideal for an adult getaway or entire family vacation. We absolutely recommend this great vacation destination that Leeann and Dan have provided!

The house itself was absolutely amazing. We had streaming radio on throughout the house for most of our stay. It was a little too cool for waterplay when we were there but the property is so close to the lake that you can just walk back and forth and we had a fire in the pit instead. The owners were also very helpful and polite every time we interacted. They provided some general supplies like propane, TP, etc. and the house has everything you need to prepare meals for yourself. The smoke alarm went off a few times when using the oven but nothing abnormal. Extremely impressed!! 10/10 would go back to the same place.

We had a really great stay in this house. It's a short walk to the lake. We spent a lot of time with the kids at the beach and kayaking around the lake. Fun water sports and decent restaurants in the area. We went to the indoor water park at Splitrock on a rainy day. We also had a nice hike to Hawk Falls and another day we went to Boulder Field. The house itself is great. Plenty of beds to sleep in. Sheets and towels provided. Fully functional kitchen. Very kid friendly. My children slept in the bunk beds, but they also really enjoyed lounging in the loft area. We had breakfast on the front deck every morning which was very relaxing. Leann was also really nice and answered all of my questions promptly. We'd stay here again!

We had a great time this week! The owners truly think of everything in this rental. All you really needed was your fresh groceries...everything else was provided from sheets and towels to kayaks and canoes! Only downside was no cable but if you have Netflix or Amazon Prime and/or a smartphone, you can make do! Hope to rent this place again!

Just spent five days at LeeAnn and Dan's house and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful!! And loved the short walk to the beach. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in staying in the Poconos to rent this house.

The house was beautiful and kept so clean! You can see the owners thoughtfulness in the amenities they had around the home for their guests. They even had items for baby safety and care which helped us out so much. The deck area and fire pit are beautiful touches, we loved relaxing on the deck. The lake was within walking distance with a cozy beach. Plenty of restaraunts and things to do right in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

LeAnn and Dan are gracious hosts who provide a lot for your stay to make it stress free (linens, cleaning supplies, helpful booklet of house info and local entertainment ideas) we enjoyed girls weekend so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. 10 family members coming from different states, the only thing we expected was a decent house with all the amenities where we can relax as well as enjoy the activities/places in the vicinity. This house has a great location, very close to the lake and to a lot of good restaurants. Thanks to the owners who made sure that we had everything we need. We always received a prompt reply to any query that we had and LeeAnn and Dan were really helpful. We will definitely visit this place again!!!
