Na dzień dobry zostaliśmy miłe zaskoczeni, dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju na apartament (💪). Przestronny pomieszczenia, wygodne łóżko, bardzo dobre śniadania. Wiem czemu w nazwie mają Great- potwierdzam i polecam.

Ciut hałas od ulicy ale i słaba klimatyzacja, poza tym wszystko jak wyżej.

A very nice hotel, spacious room, nice bathroom. Clean and tidy. Great breakfast, splendid buffet, hot and and cold dishes - well presented.

Quite far form the historical centre of Krakow. More than the advertised 3.9 km advertised.

Miła i pomocna obsługa, dostępny parking, możliwość zabrania pieska, dobre wyposażenie pokoju ręczniki, czyta pościel, zestaw do szycia, który się przydał, gąbki do czyszczenia butów, czepki w łazience. Bez szału, ale w miarę ogarnięte pod względem czystość.

Niestety dźwięki spoza pokoju utrudniają wypoczynek co bardziej wrażliwym, więc warto podpytać o lokalizację pokoju jeśli to komuś robi różnicę. Cena za pieska dość wysoka, ale oczywiście podana z wyprzedzeniem. Wykładzina jak to w hotelu lepiej nie analizować. Brak żelazka w pokoju ( zgodnie z informacją na booking powinno być). Jedzonko we włoskiej restauracji w drugim budynku dramat, nie polecam- po sałatce rewolucje żołądkowe. Fajnie byłoby mieć dostęp do dobrego jedzenia w okolicy, albo jakieś info o dowozie w pokoju. TV sam się uruchamiał i wyłączał, nawet w nocy, ale zanim to odkryliśmy to oskarżalismy siebie wzajemnie 😉

Breakfast choice just ok.No place in the hotel where to have a meal,have to go to another hotel.No shampoo in the room,just shower gel.

Comfortable bed, very good breakfast (lots of options), kind staff, sparkling water every day in the room. A stor (Zabka) is 500 m away.

Parking is 40 pln per day, it’s around 5 km from old town. At the time we stayed they didn’t have alcohol (no permission to sell it).

Classical hotel with good sound insulation. There was a rail road nearby, but you do not hear it. Big variety of starters in breakfast.

Cleaning ladies are talk laudly in the hall waking up everyone.

Breakfast was good, location was not too bad aswell.

- Bed supposed to be double but there was 2 single beds sticked together and was not comfy if you want some cuddles with your partner. - free parking has maybe 8/10 spaces which were all taken all the time, not enough parking for all guests. There was paid parking aswell. The "sign" next to hotel says it is 30zl per day but they charged me 40 for no reason with no explanation. - they did not provide relevant information about breakfast times or WiFi password on arrival, had to ask numerous questions.

It is free of parking. The price is very good as a four star hotel. The breakfast rich and tasty.

The pillows smell a bit. Also the toilet in my friend's room was broken and it made noises for the whole night. My friend cannot sleep well and was very disappointed.

Location was good. It was near Galeria Bronowince, which is one big shopping mall and also has a huge grocery store (Auchan). Also Mcdonalds was close by. I also absolutely loved the breakfast in this hotel, which included the best crossaints. The place was near highway, but it did not really bother us, because we didn't need to keep windows opened because the room had great air conditioning and the room also had a really comfortable bed and it was spacious. Also the staff were nice to us and spoke good english.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is under expectations.

There is a free parking but places are too limited because of a lot of hotel guests. Keep in mind a budget for parking or find another places for a car. Minor issue with bathroom (water under toilet) but it was solved very quickly

I like the mattress the most! The bed itself was very comfortable and nice!

Everything was so perfect, clean and tidy.

1st of all, the hotel information in Booking.com was not accurate. There are 2 buildings. The one that they us it's photos on the main street and I think it might be 4 stars hotel.the other one which they give us the room in it, is located behind it. And Shirley, it is not 4 or even 3 stars hotel. The breakfast choices were not that much.
