We rented this condo as a family (2 adults and our 2 year old kid) and it was perfectly located to enjoy the snow and ski resort in Bear Valley. Checking in was super easy and the owner Sarah was very responsive. Highly recommend.

This condo is small but very homey and has everything two people need for a delightful time in a beautiful place. Nordic skiing is a 3 minute walk in one direction, and shuttle to ski resort is 3 minutes the other way.

The condo has everything you need and it is in walking distance to sledding, cross country skiing, and the lodge. Cozy cabin!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay while skiing at Bear Valley. It’s walking distance to everything in town and has convenient parking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was great about keeping the parking area plowed despite tons of snow.

We had a great stay at the condo. It’s a superb location, just a 1 min walk to the trails. Best in Bear Valley. The host was super communicative and very flexible with check in/out.

Quiet and comfortable. Excellent location!

Condo should be opened and aired out prior to renting. Musty. Windows should have screens so you can get fresh air and fix the window that’s duct tapped closed? Drapes/blinds are broken. Pillows need to be replaced especially the ones with stains. Coffee maker would be nice as well.

Sarah, thank you for hosting us! We were so sad to leave!! Your condo is well appointed with everything we needed, and all in good working order. You’ve been so thoughtful to enhance our return to BV through your decor choices. Your condo is exactly as it is described. Others reviewing ought not to pay attention to another review saying it was cold. There are heaters everywhere that obviously came with the construction of the condo- and the owners clearly responded in a timely fashion to the review that it was cold by recently adding another heater!!! If we ran all the heaters plus using the beautiful fireplace, we’d be roasting!! The condo is perfectly very warm and cozy. And the hostess has provided so many beautiful blankets and comforters- more than needed! We enjoyed being able to look out every peaceful picture window to the trees. Check in and check out couldn’t be more hassle free, easy, and exactly as the hosts instruct. We enjoyed every hour and every bit of BV and hope you’ll host us again. Your home sweet home made every day and every evening a true getaway- and we really needed the relaxation. Bravo, Sarah! Chris

Second time stay was exactly as expected, and look forward for the 3rd time!

Needs to come with firewood or document that the bedroom door must not be closed. The main room, where one of us slept, only got up to 56 degrees the first morning. 67 degrees in the evening when the bedroom door was open all day. And 61 degrees, the next morning when the bedroom was closed all night.

This condo has everything you need! The hosts are very helpful.

This place was great in terms of location from Bear Valley ski resort and had all the basic amenities and comforts. The decor was adorable and charming.

Good apartment. Good stay. Good equipped. We not read advertising very well and not have the supplies for fireplace with us. The owners delivered everything what we need very fast. Very nice people.

Nice cabin feel to the condo. Very cozy and neat. Place was clean and well supplied. One bedroom and sofa bed was perfect for us two adults and one child. Snow park, general store, gas station, food, and trails all within short walking distance. If you plan to stay in the winter, bring some firewood! The big windows allow for a beautiful view which was fun to wake up to, but it can get pretty cold. Awesome to see plenty of extra blankets. Highly recommend!

This condo is perfect for a couple. Tucked away and private, but convenient and walking distance to most everything in the village proper. Especially appreciated the heavy curtains which ensured a good night’s sleep after a very eventful (wedding!) day! The owner is flexible and quick to respond.

This was the perfect spot for us. Near a few lakes we like to fish and and do some 4x4 off roading. The unit itself was clean and fully furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Location can’t be beat. We skied bear for a week. Be aware the fridge is not full size and no laundry in the condo. The queen bed and fold out bed in the living area were perfect for us and our son. Well heated and well stocked kitchen. Could use some updAting but for the price very good value. Great communication with property manager.

Perfect size for our family of 4, had everything we needed. And you can't beat the location if you love to XC ski. The tub was a bit dirty when we bathed the kids and I didn't realize you had to go through a few doors and a hallway to get outside (which can just be logistically challenging with kids wanting to rush to the snow without you!). Overall, great stay and late check-out was an amazing luxury!

We really enjoyed this cozy condo. Super convenient to all the fun and perfect for my partner and me. The heat was a little more hands on than was expected. Wall heaters in each room kept us comfy. Very helpful to have parchment paper on hand. Saves you bakeware!Helpful feedback to the owner: The games that were available need some quick updates: Cards missing from the deck, dice missing, etc. I don’t understand why we paid for cleaning and had to clean as part of the checkout process. We paid a cleaning fee. Vacuuming and stripping the bed is not included. Some of dining services pieces were not clean. You depend on the previous renter to have good cleaning standards. Overall, a worthwhile place to stay.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We like to XC ski, cook, and hang out together - so walking to Bear Valley XC was extremely convenient, the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and a couple of treats, and we enjoyed snuggling up to watch a movie and also playing games at the table. Sarah went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and was always quick to respond to questions. A fantastic find - we hope to be back soon!

Nice condo just off highway. Very neat and quiet. Suitable for a couple or a single person. Recommended!
