The house was lovely and we were so relaxed there, beautiful facilities and perfect location for everything you need. I only have a few things that let it down and it’s not the owners fault but the cleaners; there eas no tea towels, none at all, no liners in the small bins, no bath mat in the en-suite and no toilet roll, of which we had to go out and buy straight away, a pain with three kids in tow and we felt shouldn’t have been at our cost from day one. This is only feedback and by no means a bad review.

This cottage is in a great location on The Bay. It is very close to the pub and swimming pool which was great for us 😀. The cottage was very spacious for 4 adults, 2 children and our little dog. We will definitely look to book this cottage again. The owners were very easy to get hold of before we stayed. Thanks for letting us enjoy our stay in your lovely cottage.

Overall very good very good, clean and tidy, good location. Facility on site good . Only comment on previous stays in other rented properties lacking in basic essentials ie no toilet roll , no bin liners , no sponges or dish clothes and one tea towel . I don’t want these comments to be taken negatively Kitchen equipment was really good as was the rst of the property

We had a lovely stay with lots of nice walks and the comforts of home. The on-site pub was welcoming and the leisure facilities were good too.

Lovely, well-equipped cottage with easy access to a fantastic beach for the little ones, close to Bempton for the birdwatcher in the family and loads of local attractions.

The house is home from home very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and the complex was lovely. Very clean and quite. Will definitely be booking again thankyou

We had a great week in Filey. We enjoyed the pool and tennis. The boys loved Go Ape in Dalby Forest and the pitch and putt in Filey is fun. Didn't get much beach time due to the weather but the house is really spacious and great to watch a film.

Generally a very nice property, a decent sized kitchen with everything you'd need. Only things that were missing were hand towel in downstairs and en suite bathroom, and no toilet brush sets in downstairs or en suite. For some reason in the main bedroom with en suite only 1 window would open the left one, and also one also in the kitchen, in this heat we had whilst we were there, needed to be able to open more than 1 window. Excellent wifi signal, and TV with Netflix, and Amazon Prime etc. House is close easy reach to the pub, pizza restaurant, and the small onsite shop and pharmacy. Prices are very expensive at the pub, food okay, but can get much cheaper elsewhere to eat. The ribeye steak was £24.70, we went to a pub in Bridlington and for the same size and food it was about £14. Small 10 minute stroll to the beach, we walked to the left quite a few times taking us in to Filey, went to the right which eventually took us up to the Beach Cafe (no toilets here now) but walk on up to car park apparently they're 20p porta loos.

This house is lovely and very spacious, it is on a lovely site which is very well looked after, I have stayed in many places at Filey but this is the best.

A lovely stay at Sandy Paws. We were there 4 years ago and the property is still as lovely as before - especially with the improvements.

Property was good location was easy accessible for beach and walking dog. Key to patio door needs attention as does front door this is sticking so hard to open. Fan in family bathroom doesn't seem to work.

Great to find somewhere so lovely and dog friendly. Great location. House was clean, tidy and everything we needed. The owners were great and so helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect dog friendly house. The weather wasn't the best on our first day with strong winds and rain but Sandy Paws was a lovely cosy place to come home to. Very clean and well cared for. Nice walk to the beach. Will be back.

The property is very spacious with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms which was handy. The kitchen is very well equipped with pans and utensils so made cooking very easy. The house was extremely warm and cosy considering we went in February. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend Sandy Paws a lovely find and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An enjoyable break in a well presented roomy property. Would be something of a trek to the beach during summer.

From stepping in the front door we really enjoyed staying there every thing you need is there . The bay is a lovely place nice and clean and tidy the pub and cafe are dog friendly and only 10 minute walk to the beach would definitely recommend a visit thank you dan and anna

We had the most wonderful weekend , staying at Sandy Paws. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Dan and Anna , the owners, responded quickly to any queries that we had and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. The complimentary wine and chocolates was a lovely touch.
