There was a list of 6 or 7 things wrong with the property and its contents but these have been discussed with the owner and hopefully future guests will be very happy there. We did still have a lovely week. Its a beautiful village.

A clean flat in a central location . My mother has disabilities so it was difficult finding suitable accommodation and although there is a step into the small shower room (which is not mentioned in the details) and two steps of different heights into the kitchen we had a lovely time. Without the awful weather and lockdown restrictions we would’ve had an even better time.

the property had everything that you need for a short break

Mollie and Pascal's apartment is very nice and convenient for travel via train to all points of the Torbay area. Only downside to the property is the two sofas, they are not very comfortable especially for medium to long sitting periods!

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Dawlish. Beds were clean and comfortable, toilet facilities including towels were clean too and there was plenty of hand sanitiser available. However, there were certain aspects of the general cleanliness/cosiness of the apartment that we felt were not up to standard. These included two very uncomfortable lounge settees, one of which (fabric) was extremely grubby, two chrome towel rails which needed cleaning as did the oven, fridge and some of the kitchen equipment/crockery. Also, a door to one of the kitchen cupboards was broken. On a positive note, the apartment itself was in a very good location and Mollie was helpful & accommodating.

Well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. Easy and cheap parking 3 min walk away. Comfy beds although the pull out single in the twin room was a bit tight in terms of space. Great kitchen, nice living room although we thought the sofas were small and uncomfortable. 2 new sofas and some lamps for cosier lighting would improve the experience of staying there in our opinion. Mollie is extremely efficient and the property was spotless, with extra cleaning products & hand sanitiser provided. Excellent value.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good thing about it is that you can come and go as you please. Owner of the property kept in touch to the day we arrived and the day we left. Would we go back again? Yes without a doubt. Thank you Mollie.

When we arrived our host Mollie was there to greet us. She showed us around the property before leaving. the property was clean and warm. We had a lovely Christmas in Dawlish and our dog Alfie loved the beach. If we had any issues withe property it would be the cleanliness of the oven and the sofas were rather uncomfortable. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Great communication with the owners, even when I arrived much later than anticipated! Well equipped, lovely and clean, and comfy bed.

This was a lovely, clean and quiet property, yet in a central location. The hosts were very accommodating and were there if we needed anything. The central location means that parking directly outside the property is difficult but there is a safe pay n display car park only a short walk away. We would stay here again. the bad bits we had to get up before 9am on saturday and sunday to move the car/pay for parking. (free after 6pm). although there is free parking 5-10mins away and a carpark 5mins up the road. I cant walk that far due to surgery, so husband and brother had to drive the cars and walk back. (i think sundays should be free!). my brother wanted his own room as mum snores so he wasn't impressed there were only two bedrooms as the website stated "3 bedrooms" (they mean 3 beds). mollie made us aware that the 2nd room was the room which was made up in to the double (the photos showed what looked like three different rooms so that was our mistake). Saying that the 4 of us were comfortable and would stay again. the good bits: the property was great. lovely kitchen. the double bed was very comfy that we wanted to take it home. mollie's community was above and beyond, friendly on arrival and made us feel welcome. she informed us of the property and surrounding areas. it was a lovely surprise to have some chocolates and tea/coffee and essentials in the kitchen ready for us. location was awesome. we love the area, having been visiting once a year for 20 years. The black swans, ducks etc on the river adjacent to the property are gorgeous. there's an arcade, pubs, food, shops. everything you need. had to make a trip to Gays bakery for their famous cream teas (and loads of other food which we just had to buy lol). only 10 mins from my nans in teignmouth. it was her 90th surprise birthday party so was very happy to see the family. the four of us would recommend this apartment; have a fab time all :)

Second time visit. Great position for all amenities. Chinese restaurant/take away next door is excellent.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband sister and her partner. Apartment lovely had everything we needed. Plenty big enough for 4 of us, beds comfy. Kitchen well equipped. We needed have worried about little things we forgot mollie & pascal had thought of everything. We were met on arrival and shown round. Location was excellent for us as we have friends that live there. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay

Ideal for two or three people. Great advantage of Dawlish is the regular and reliable train service. Coupled with everything on your doorstep this makes the property perfect for walking and visiting new places.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Nice decor, bright and attractive. Everything you need in the apartment. Very centrally located, great if you want a car free holiday.

Lovely apartment, exactly as described. Clean, tidy and well appointed. There is a step up to the bathroom but my Mom, who uses a walking stick, managed it fine. Very convenient for all Dawlish amenities as central location. Mollie is very welcoming and the cookies were a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and I will return. Thank you for a lovely stay. The property was much better than the pictures made out to be. There is so much to do in Dawlish for people of all ages.

Lovely property right by the brook, Mollie friendly and accomodating. Overall great experience a hidden gem. Will definitely be staying again

The apartment was ideal for short break for a couple. Good access to trains and buses makes it easy to get around without a car.
