A short stay near family in Hastings and an opportunity to chill and relax in a beautiful apartment with an enviable view of the sea front and De La Warr pavilion.

We'd come and stay here every year if it was available. Perfect location, just the right size for a couple or small family, clean and tidy with everything you need for a simple and relaxing getaway; not to mention helpful, friendly and amenable hosts.

Jane's apartment has unsurpassable sea views is well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great with all the restaurants and facilities of Bexhill including the de La Warr just yards away. We spent 3 weeks in March and it was not long enough.

Lovely flat with excellent view sat on the window seat. My only critic is there’s no microwave, a few of the lounge curtains don’t close and the bed quilt is for winter (ie way too hot in summer), but this is trivia as the place is lovely.

The property was very well presented, with spacious rooms. The instructions were comprehensive. I would stay again.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything was included for a relaxing and convenient holiday. The property is so beautifully decorated and lovely & clean. The location could not be beaten. We had a wonderful time and would love to return at some point. Thank you!

A return visit to this lovely apartment.. Great location and comfortable living.

Had a wonderful stay the pictures don’t do this property justice. Bex-Hill is lovely enjoyed the beach, park, museum and had a lovely meal at the Italian trattoria. Also enjoyed an outing to Beachy Head nr Eastbourne a local beauty spot and a lovely meal in the restaurant there, and on the way home ventured to Skate World in Eastbourne which is a roller disco for adults and kids. You can hire the skates, our 12 year old loved this! All in all an amazing weekend. Ps .. loved having no tv and a weekend actually talking to each other and playing games. You will be surprised how wonderful this flat is. It doesn't matter what the weather is like as you can spend hours happily watching all of life, human, dog and seagull through the huge windows. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well set up, the bathroom small and sparkling.

Great location, amazing view and very relaxing, even with 2 kids. The apartment has everything you need and so nice not to have a TV. We all slept well and would love to return.

Beautiful, light apartment with high ceilings, comfortable furniture and plenty of space for a small family. The location is just perfect - with fabulous views over the small park to the esplanade and sea. There is a wide range of takeaways just round the corner, and the supermarkets are only 5 minute walk away, but from the apartment you would have no sense of being near the town - it is so relaxing. We were glad we brought our bikes as we loved cycling along the esplanade both to the west end of Bexhill and to the east to Hastings. There was never an issue finding on-street parking outside the front of the apartment, although we were sorry to see the installation of new parking meters which we were informed would be operational from 1st October 2020. There is no microwave nor freezer (or freezer compartment) in the kitchen, so be mindful of this when food shopping.

A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment with fantastic sea views. Plenty to see and do and the best window seat to sit and watch the world go by.

never enough time time flies like nowhere else too little time to fully absorb the view too little time with nothing to do time flies while we check out the shops already closed or permanently shut time flies on the seafront or in the Pavilion shop we eat fabulous food whenever we stop rolled up in blankets by the window or sprawled out on the sofa our favourite spots I wish this were mine there’s never enough time
