We had a wonderful time staying here over Christmas. As a professional cook I especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen when away from home.

The place was very clean easy communication with the property manager support was he did like we had requested. There was a crib and a highchair for our infant would definitely recommend anybody looking to stay in the San Tan Valley.

My sisters and I stayed here for a family reunion, and there was plenty of room for grandkids and nieces/nephews to visit and play in the pool and join us for meals. The property is lovely and comfortable, with all of the amenities anyone could need. I would recommend this property without hesitation, and hope sometime in the future to be able to enjoy it again!!!

Such a great place to relax and warm up in the AZ sun! This was just what we needed to shake the winter blues! Home is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need! The backyard is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and nice.

It is very clean and great area that is expanding quickly I will rent this property again .only negative is only 1 t.v. needs tv in bedrooms everyone doesn't always want to watch same program.ing yard was perfect with pool and hot tub

We enjoyed the property, the house was very clean. We didn't use the pool because it was too cool at night but the hot tub was fabulous. Nice big kitchen and living room to rrlax.

Our family of five stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. It was so nice to have the amenities of home rather than stay in a hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was great for the kiddos and the laundry and kitchen were great for this momma! Would recommend this property to friends and would stay again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable home and we loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and all essentials are within 5 minutes away. We had one issue that was resolved extremely fast by the owner. Excellent communication! We highly recommend!

Our family LOVED our time at this home! The heated pool was amazing. Our boys (ages 5 and 3) practically lived in the pool. The shallow area of the pool was so much fun for them to play on. The adults loved the hot tub each morning and night. The home was very clean and had everything and more someone visiting the area might need. Some extra things at the house we were not expecting: pool toys, pool raft, sports equipment, laundry detergent, and even toilet paper! This house is in a great neighborhood and is close to parks, a grocery store, and restaurants. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to others! ❤️

House was perfect for our stay! Pool was heated and so nice! The hot tub was so relaxing and very nicely sized for a family. The layout of the house is well thought out, bedrooms a little separated from master. Beds, sheets and pillows were so soft and comfortable, very nice quality. Kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed baking and using the grill with ease. The fireplace in the table was a nice surprise and we enjoyed it at night. We highly recommend this property, it was spotless and perfect for our trip. Thank you times four from Montana :)

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hot tub was nice and easy. Plenty of walking areas and close shopping for the essentials. Some good places to eat nearby and the main roads were easily accessible.

Loved the home ( clean and well stocked ) and hot tub ( used almost everyday ) Payed extra for heated pool but weather was very cold the week we were there ( December 27, 2019 to January 4, 2020 ) and could not use pool. Would recommend this property ( location is quite away from any food or shopping ), depends what you are looking for.

This warm and cozy home had everything we needed, and more. We will definitely return. Hopefully we can use the beautiful pool next time.

Visited family in Arizona for Thanksgiving. The home is beautiful, comfortable, roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with like new appliances. All the bedrooms were decorated well and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the pool never got above 75 degrees-the heater doesn't turn on if it gets below 40 outside and there was a cold snap with freezing rain while we were there. We paid to have the pool heated since it was November. Had I known about it not heating if too cold outside, I wouldn't have bothered, since I had kept an eye on the weather and was expecting the cold temperatures outside. But lesson learned. Having said that, the hot tub was wonderful and we all enjoyed a few visits. This property is definitely on my list of places to stay again next time we travel to Arizona.

Fantastic location for what we were there for...in fact we found a property to purchase in the next development. Comfortable beds and all the amenities you could ask for. The pool and especially the hot tub got plenty of use. Thanks for having us

This is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at hands down! Everything you need has been anticipated by the homeowner, down to a pitcher for sweet tea, and it’s all fairly new! Plenty of towels. The interior is spotless and adorably decorated. The backyard and pool were a lovely respite from the heat in the early mornings and evenings with nice chase lounges and furniture. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Arizona and visit family. Thanks!

Overall a great neighborhood to stay just a few complaints... we did not use the pool at all it was so cold, I believe the summers are long enough here that that pool is not heated at all.. and that it would have cost me $ a day to heat when the pool they charge a specific amount a day to heat pool.... I had to take out price! is warm all summer from the outside heat and they couldn’t supply heat to the pool.. next is the hot water——- I had taken roughly a 10 minute shower then the wife did and ran out of hot water within a minute/ temp on water heater is set low and water heater is to small.. and as other reviews/ the cable channel selection/ there’s not any if you want to just stay home and relax... thank God for Netflix! Last my wife cleans regardless of where we stay I watched her sweep floors first evening, couldn’t believe the amount of debris she swept from underneath tables/chairs ect.... there was lotion stuck to wall in master bathroom that I personally cleaned off. I feel the $ cleaning fee is a bit to much. Had to take out exact price of cleaning fee !Being we pretty much cleaned entire property before leaving. Thanks again we’ll try something else next time.

The kitchen was nicely furnished with everything you need to prepare meals, right down to a nice array of spices and condiments. The neighborhood was quiet and included a nice walking path to a playground just behind the property. For our purposes, this property was somewhat distant from the heart of the retail and entertainment venues in the area, which were in Queen Creek and Gilbert. That being said, there were groceries, gas, nail salons and most necessities nearby. Restaurants nearby were limited, and movie theaters more distant. As we stayed for 40 days, we found it necessary to have mail forwarded from home. While there is a mail station 150 feet from the front door, there was no means of accessing the mailbox assigned to the address, and the property owner was unable to correct this situation. We were forced to amend the forward to the nearest postal facility, which was in Chandler, 10.4 miles away. This typically required waiting in long lines to pick up mail, and was very inconvenient. Prospective renters should know that the kitchen pantry area and garage are both locked and not available for use. Thus, we found space for food items somewhat limited for an extended stay. While the lack of garage access was a disappointment, our main concern being vehicle security proved groundless. At other times of the year however, this may merit weather related concerns. Overall, this property was a delight aside from the aforementioned concerns. We found our stay there very enjoyable.
