Can’t say enough good things about this condo First we met Karen on our arrival What a wonderful and pleasant lady Made us immediately feel at home The condo was well equipped from a full kitchen to bathrooms with lots of towels and toiletries Both bedrooms had the most comfortable king size beds with lots of pillows The view from the balcony of the gulf was awesome The private stairs to the pool patio was a nice bonus Beach chairs and a sun umbrella was a nice touch The condo grounds were well kept with friendly neighbours and easy access to the beach Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance This was our third trip to the Redington Shores area and this was by far the bet condo yet We will definitely look at coming back here in the future

This condo was everything it described plus some. My husband and I hated to leave and would highly recommend to everyone. Owners were great and very accommodating. Would stay here again and again. Thank you, McCulloughs

We were celebrating our 48th Wedding Anniversary and wanted to go someplace special. We have loved the area of Florida for years and decided to come back. Little did we know how wonderful this trip would be. We have rented many condos throughout the country but we never had such a great experience as we had with Karyn and Chip's place. They go way BEYOND to accommodate their guests. They provided us with bacon, eggs, butter and bread so we would be able to have breakfast the following morning after our arrival. It was Easter weekend when we checked in and Karyn wanted to make sure we had an Easter basket. So very thoughtful. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. They provide beach chairs and beach towels so you don't need to bring your own. The property is very quite, well maintained and very relaxing. Loved sitting on the balcony rocking chairs watching for dolphins and the sunsets were so special. We can't wait to come back. If I could have given this location 10 stars I definitely would. We've been coming to the area for 30 years and this was by far the most well appointed beachfront rental that we have stayed in. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Clean, large and updated condo with too many amenities to list! Charming nautical/beach decor! Top of the line mattresses, pillows and linens. Everything you could think of was provided - nice beach chairs & umbrella, plenty of beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with top of the line cookware. Location was perfect..trolley stop is just out the front door, 7-Eleven directly across the street, several restaurants within walking distance, too! Highly recommend this rental. Owners were terrific with communication! They even had holiday decorations in place for our stay! The view is priceless....gorgeous sunsets from the huge wrap around balcony. Smaller complex, nice, clean pool and well maintained building and grounds. Cannot wait to go back! Thanks to Karyn and Chip for a lovely holiday vacation on the beach!! (Would give this a 10 star rating, if I could!)
