Nice condo Loved the balcony! Will definitely stay here again. A couple of suggestions, you definitely need more towels for a three bedroom. I always bring my own so it wasn’t a problem for me, but will be for guests who don’t. The tracks on the sliding glass doors need cleaning. The salt air and dust buildup is definitely making them hard to open. But still would give this place a definite thumbs up!!

We loved staying at Long Beach Resort. The location is perfect for our needs. Love having a balcony and looking/listening to the ocean. The unit felt a bit old. The stove and oven don’t provide the proper temperatures, the bedroom drawers pull right out with no stops, one bathroom had a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall and there were no backup supplies. Not a trash bag, roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex at all. I rent a lot of locations from VRBO and most places provide at least 1 backup. The biggest issue we had was a bedroom smoke sector went off intermittently the 2nd day we were there. At no point in the week did someone come to look at it. After a number of texts and a phone call and listening to it for 5+ hours we disconnected it.

Plenty of room for our family. The condo was as pictured. Convenient location. We were there during spring break so there was some commotion down the beach but PCB police kept everything under control and contained, away from the Long Beach property. Very enjoyable vacation.

Took out part of the kitchen wall and added nice counter tops. Master bathroom shower/toilet room has been updated nicely. I’m not sure what else. Toilet lids could be replaced in at least the master bath not sure why they would not have been fixed sometime ago. Very inexpensive to replace with new. The big sliding door and the windows all need the inside areas deep cleaned. There is dirt dust hair and other things in them. Coffee pot worked great. Has a regular coffee with K Cup built in and a separate k Cup. The toilet paper supplied at arrival you could actually see through. Not sure where the cost savings comes in when you use 6 foot of paper every time. The dinner table or dining table is old and could be replaced. The garbage cans in bathrooms and kitchen need a deep cleaning inside. I would not have left this information had I not received this email requesting and saying that you want to know. This condo is perfect for larger families, extra friends that may come or parents. Layout is perfect. We live this condo just needs some very minor updates and a littleTLC. You asked for it so please do not take offense.

Long Beach is a great beachfront location. We appreciate the staffed security gate entrance. The Unit is spacious. The 3 bedrooms all have a private bath which was great when our family visited for a few days. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate several people cooking dinner. There is ample dishware and glassware. The beach and view are absolutely gorgeous. The management team was easily reached and responsive to our needs. This was our third year at the resort. We have ready booked this unit for next year.

The condo was perfect for 8 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made showering etc simple and easy. You can't beat the location! Tge view from the 12th floor was spectacular!!

In the photos our condo looked great we were so excited to celebrate my friends 40th birthday there for the week. However when we arrived the condo was filthy. There were dirty old mops left that looked full of bacteria. Everything was covered in a layer of dust. None of the cabinets were wiped down they had food residue on them and inside. Multiple lamps had no light bulbs and were covered in dust as well as all the ceiling fans. There was a dirty cup left in our freezer from the previous tenants. A chunk of hair in our kitchen sink. All the mirrors and glass were dirty with smear marks and hand prints. The mattress pad on the bed was covered in stains when I washed it myself they came out which shows me that nobody had washed it in a while. I wish I could post pictures to show just how dirty it was because i took so many. We were quite disgusted and disappointed with the cleanliness of our condo. We had to go buy our own cleaning supplies. They only left us 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag to use for 8 days.

Long Beach Resort is our favorite. Loved the condo, we had 10 people in our party and had plenty of room. Only complaint was the patio door was hard to open. Beautiful beach, beautiful view and perfect weather. Jackie

We were 6 in a group. Ages 30’s on up. Upon driving up… basically harassed by the security guard. Also gave our second vehicle hell. We had just pulled up. Then upon leaving to go to the store after we made it to the condo and got our parking tags… it happened again. Was very upset about that. It was the same security guard 3 times in a row that did that to us. As far as the condo… very nice. Exactly as pictured. More than enough room. The room with the 2 beds, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I felt that room stayed warm. Thankfully I had brought my fan from home. The tub was dirty from I assume a previous stay in 2 of the bathrooms. We had to scrub them and get the sand out. The balcony was nice to sit on and relax. None of us smoke so I’m glad it was a NO smoking condo. Everything was nice. I wish they had curtains in the living room so you could sleep in… but it was still nice to wake up to a beautiful view. There was more than enough room for us ladies to hang out. We had no issues other than that 1 security guard. Thankfully we only had to deal with him 3 times. One of the elevators was being worked on but that didn’t bother us. Whoever owns the condo owns a beautiful place that would def fit more than 6 people. It was stocked with appliances and cookware that we needed. Even had floats in the condo for us to use. Everything was close by. I really don’t have anything negative to say. I would most def stay at this condo again.

The rental chairs were great having!!! The unit itself was not as clean as I would have hoped. Floors were filthy as we found out when our grandson was crawling around. Bought a mop and bucket to clean them ourselves. Rental agency was notified and they offered to have them come back and reclean. A few things different than the pictures showed. No table and chairs in the lockout room and there was a card table and one broken chair on that third room balcony. Two people couldn’t sit out there together. Well really not even one person with the broken chair. Only one elevator was working. We have stayed at the complex prior and feel that it has become a little run down. We had a great weather and spent much needed time together!!

Love Long Beach!! Don’t stay anywhere else!!

This Condo was perfect for our family and friends. The room was clean. Very roomy. There were 8 of us. 4 adults and 4 kids. Beautiful view of the gulf. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. the condo is on the corner of S Thomas Dr and Front Beach Rd. The resort is partially gated and has a guarded entrance. The condo has 2 elevators which made our check in quick. all the doors are on coded locks so no keys. The corner unit had great views from all 3 bedrooms. Like most beach condos the sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. The master had a standard door thankfully. There were plenty of chairs on the large balcony. overall the unit was a 7 out of 10.

This property was clean, spacious, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Pineapple Willey’s within walking distance from beach or sidewalk. But most importantly the cores from the living room and both bedrooms spectacular.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. Lots of floats and toys inside the condo for the beach and the two sets of included beach chairs were great. No complaints other than the two queen beds in one of the bedrooms were not very comfortable. Overall I would stay here again!

Good location!

This was our first stay at this lovely condo. I've stayed in other units at Long Beach, as well as other resorts in PCB. This 3BR, 3 BA unit was a great value. We will definitely be staying here again!

We are a group of "forever" girlfriends who now are living scattered all over the country. This was our 2nd stay at your condo. And we all agree it was perfect for our needs. From the large interior space, large balcony (we spent countless hours out there), amenities and location, it met all of our needs. Thank you for a great week and we will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything as shown in pictures. Perfect room layout, great balcony and views. Property very nice. The room could have been cleaner but that's pretty much to be expected from a rental and it wasnt ready on time. But would definitely stay again!
