This townhouse was the perfect setup for our group of 6. Everyone had their own bedroom with bathroom and the AC units kept the place nice and cool. The on-site restuarants were both fantastic and the beach was perfect.

Property was nice to stay in no complaints. People on island (St Thomas) not friendly and sometimes very rude. Beach’s are very nice. Snorkeled 3 different spots but not much to see. Food overall was 7-10. Will likely not return due to rudeness of people on island.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Jon was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. The host was very friendly, very communicative and helped in every way he could. I couldnt have asked for a better host. The pool is fantastic, the resort was well kept up and clean. There are 2 restaurants nearby the pool (which one has pretty awesome smoothies). If we ever come to St Thomas again, id be happy to stay here!

Our stay at this townhouse was exactly what we were looking for and received. The three king bedrooms were all private and good sized. There was plenty of room for 5 of us. The location was perfect for our stay and we really enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach and have access to restaurants close by. We celebrated a birthday with a special night at The Caribbean Fish Market and were "wow'd" by our meal there. This unit provided everything we needed and we were very happy with our choice.

The owner of this house falsely advertised this house. The air conditioning did not work in the living room it only had a ceiling fan that blew out hot air. The first floor bath tub had large chips of paint missing and smelled like mildew and it had a little ceiling fan blowing hot air. The television in the living and the bedroom would not allow you to watch any channels accept Tubi a free channel. The kitchen was so small two people couldn’t cook in it at the same time. The house was very old. The car we rented with the house was a Dodge Durango. When we arrived the was not there. There was a Ford Explorer sitting there with a flat tire. We immediately tried to contact the property manager Brittany. We waited for her to call us back. She called back, we explained the situation and she agreed to send someone to fix the flat tire. We explained we rented the Durango, Brittany told us to go to another unit to get the keys. Overall, the property was a true disappointment.

The condo was clean and very inviting. Plenty of room for a family of five. We rented the vehicle with the condo and highly recommend anyone renting the condo to rent the car. Taxi from the airport was $150 The kitchen is well equipped and very nice. Can’t beat the views from the balcony

My family and I recently stayed at this property for my mother’s 65th birthday and it was a beautiful spot! There were 3 couples and we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The balconies are huge! Plenty of space for all of us to sit out and enjoy the view! There are two delicious restaurants right there on sight. We are at each pl e 3 times! Pizza at Sangria’s was exceptionally good! We rented the car from John and so glad we did. We really enjoyed the beach at Cowpet bay, it felt like our own little private beach but it was great to be able to venture out to Magen’s Bay and Sapphire beach and make trips to the store as needed. Brittany was great too! Any little question I had she responded right away! It was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Needs some updating.

We rented one of John’s properties for a 30th birthday celebration and had the time of our lives! The condo itself was very clean and exactly as described and pictured. John was very communicative and helpful with the million questions we had and made the trip a breeze. We rented the car from him and it was worth it for the trip to the grocery store alone. Cowpet Bay is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed every day on the beach. We frequented the two restaurants which were just steps away and ventured into Red Hook, to Crown Bay Marina to snorkel and to Water Island to visit Dinghy’s. Cowpet Bay was close enough to everything so it all was a short drive or taxi ride away. We will certainly be visiting again and would rent another of John’s properties in a heartbeat!!

We loved our time in St. Thomas and our stay at the condo. John was great to deal with and, once we arrived, Brittany answered all of our questions. The condo was the perfect size and location for our getaway! Also nice to have the rental car to use. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a great location and had no issues with the unit at all. I love that we could just walk down to the GORGEOUS beach and take advantage of the delicious on site restaurant as well.

We all thought the location was great. Very close to a nice beach with good snorkeling and swimming, and nice restaurants. The property was all we really needed considering we were very active and not there a lot.

The owner and property manager were very responsive. The property was in a beautiful location, the house was clean and accommodated my group well. We stayed for a wedding in the area, and the trip was a wonderful experience.

Unit had 3 comfortable King beds, each bedroom had a full bath, 2 were connected to the bedrooms. Full Kitchen. Nice view off the balcony. Cowpet bay is close to red hook. Beach is a short walk. We rented the car with the unit - it worked out well. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at John's property at Cowpet Bay West! Communication with John was easy as he was always very responsive. We had a problem with a mattress in one of the bedrooms and he and his property manager were quick to find a solution. The unit was clean and provided us with all the things we needed to enjoy our stay including beach towels, a ton of snorkeling gear, and pool floats as well as a high chair and travel crib for our little traveler.

All in all a very good option, beach and pool are close and in good repair.

We went on friends trip. It was perfect! The condo was beautiful and as described. The location is amazing with an awesome private beach, loved the pool, and the restaurants within walking distance were very convenient. We had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone!!!

Five stars overall. Everything spot on. Great location, away from busy town yet nearby. Plenty of space for our family of six adults. Bathroom with a view on the second/ master bathroom was a plus surprise 👍🏼 I had to give four stars on cleanliness, nothing to do with a mess, more of a repair. We arrived with standing water in the bathroom located on one of the bedroom on the main level. Due to water leaking on the ceiling, dripping down right next to the toilet sobbed couldn't use it. Owner and property manager are very responsive. They arranged for someone to come fix it, but our stay were too short for it to be resolved before we leave. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is perfect for families. Myself, husband, mother in law, 21 year old, 15, 13, and 10 year old stayed here for 6 days/5 nights. The property is exactly as pictured. We utilized the option to rent the car which came in handy as we went to the markets here to stock up on breakfast items and snacks for the kids. We also explored the island and it’s beautiful beaches. For any issues, John’s communication was excellent and he responded back promptly . I would definitely stay at this location again.

This was a great stay. Our first time on the island but we had a really simple check-in. John answered all my questions and was very accommodating to our family. Any issues we had John rectified. The condo is very spacious with everything you need to make you stay comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and ate at both restaurants located nearby. We even rented John's car which was great to get around and shop. Would definitely recommend for families.

Our group of 3 adult couples had the most amazing time at St. Thomas and this condo was perfect for us! We went grocery shopping at the "Food Center" for our drinks/breakfast/snack foods and enjoyed eating out in Red Hook and other places for lunches and dinners. There is a more upscale (Caribbean Fish Market) restaurant on site and a more low key place (Sangria's) as well - both are walkable - if you don't want to drive. The pool bar, beach, and pool itself were all highly enjoyed by our crowd. The condo had 3 spacious bedrooms so when it was time to rest, we had plenty of room. A/C was nice and cold and the view from the balcony was breath taking - photos don't do it justice. We recommend this place without a doubt - and rent the car (Ford Explorer) they offer because it's definitely needed to get around!

Cowpet Bay condo was a comfortable amazing stay. The views were amazing and I loved that we had a breakfast, lunch, and amazing dinner location on site. We will be back. John’s communication was excellent !!

Cowpet is a great location. The beach and pool were super convenient. The restaurant by the pool was expensive but tasty. We enjoyed being on the East End of the island. The floorplan is interesting but we all had plenty of space. It was a comfortable stay and I would stay there again.

Cowpet Bay West is a gated community with a beautiful beach and pool with a nice restaurant to dine in. There are plenty of beach activities (snorkeling, kayaking, excursions, etc) available for the entire family. There is also a more casual dining option on the beach as well. This location is close to Red Hook which has many other dining options available. Taxi service is extremely prompt and easy to obtain. The condos here have beautiful ocean views and are close to the beach. This location will not disappoint those who love a beautiful beach with palm trees that offer plenty of shade. The water is clear and calm and the beach has plenty of chairs for everyone. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our trip to St Thomas. The house is spacious and in a great location for all the things we wanted to do. Short trip to the grocery, the ferry and all the charters we took for sailing, fishing and diving.. property is a bit older but it was freshly painted, kitchen renovated, very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed walking down to the beach for cocktails and dinner at the restaurant and pool bar. The master on the top floor is warmer by a good bit than the rest of the house due to the un shaded wall of glass doors and skylight. We decided to close the hurricane shutters during the day to limit the heat build up. A good set of blackout curtains would helo with the energy costs of keeping that room cool. The only other issue we had was the remote for the downstairs light and fan turning of or on the upstairs one at the same time. I am sure there is a setting that would fix. It, We enjoyed our stay and would return again!

My family and I travelled to St. Thomas to stay on the island for the very first time. We have been to the island many times off of cruise ships and our dream to visit for a week finally became a reality in May. We selected this property because of the description and the pictures and it absolutely did not disappoint! The condo is very large and accommodates up to six guests. We are a family of 4 adults and we had plenty of room, had there been 6 of us the condo was still so large that having a group that size would have been no problem. The property is spotless. While we did not use the kitchen to cook the appliances were top notch. The refrigerator is huge and held all our perishables and beverages with room to spare. The condo had all the amenities we could wish for and more. The property is beautiful!! Views absolutely stunning and we loved the 3 minute walk down to the beach. The beach is gorgeous, pristinely maintained and we never had a problem getting chairs in the morning. There are two restaurants on property, one casual and the other up scale. Both had delicious food and we dined at both several times. The beach bar was the best! If you like rum bunch this is the place to be! John the unit owner and Brittany the property manager were wonderful to work with all along. John was quick to respond to my many email questions and Brittany called us back immediately on check-in day when we had a question. We highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the island!! We enjoyed our time so much we are plotting our next trip back!!
