Accommodation finished to high standard - room, bathroom, kitchen, sauna, facilities to store boots (rack with warm air circulation), etc. The hotel is in a great, quiet location - close proximity to the bus stops, ski rentals and Chamonix centre. Each apartment has an allocated car space and there is a EV charging point.

It would be great to have fresh towels available for each session in the sauna, however the environmentally friendly solution of one large towel per person per week is reasonable.

Great accommodation for a family. Everything we needed, clean and modern with really comfy beds. Friendly and helpful concierge.

The property itself is nice, fairly recently renovated, in a quiet location and just a 5 minute walk to the edge of town. it is just a shame it was ruined by an extremely careless & dangerous error.

Being poisoned with Chlorine. The spa was dangerously over chlorinated to the point my eyes were stinging and I was choking. That evening I was very unwell and it took a couple of days for the property to fix the problem. The smell of chlorine permeated into the rooms and nearly a week later, I am still unwell with lung problems and have been prescribed a number of medications to help clear my lungs. I discussed it with the reception who promised that the owners would call me back but I’ve heard nothing. Whilst I appreciate mistakes can be made, I don’t feel the property has taken due care in this case and given the severity of chlorine poisoning, I am disappointed by the lack of follow up by the property.

Good location, good parking. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Boot room was well equipped with boot warmers, ski left in garage which was fine. Spa was pretty good - great sauna, good hot tub but could have been a bit warmer. Fabian was great with recommendations and very accommodating.

Very nice cosy appartements, located at walking distance from town center. Clean and comfortable, has everything you might need to spend nice ski holidays. Super helpful and attentive staff.

Located on the road and at night tou can hear cars passing/see the light. Not too bad though, we still slept fine.

Our apartment (#7 on top floor) was very clean and comfortable. We had two Queen bedrooms, one bath and a loft with 2 single beds ( plus a pull out sofa we didn’t use). Fabien our host was amazing and ensured our stay was perfect. Very comfortable beds, beautiful views of Mt Blanc and the peaks from our windows, clean and highly functional kitchen and bath facilities. Perfect location just outside of but very walkable to Chamonix Center. right on the bus line to ski lifts with a stop just up the street in front of the rental shop we used for skis (also highly recommend Dessailloud Skis!). The hot tub and sauna facilities were immaculate and very enjoyable after a tough day skiing! Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

A few things to include in kitchen would be a cutting board and salt and pepper shakers.

we did payment for breakfast but she asked us to pay for breakfast we didn’t had our breakfast. no room service at all . it was written the price with room service & breakfast. she was annoying during check out a very bad communication and such a bad way of treating is .

The location, easy to find, the lady was nice but not more( we would appreciate suggestions), the view was beautiful!!

The lights in the upper room is too bright and energetic for the evenings, specially for kids sleeping there.

after staying in hotels in different cities and counties we loved to stay in an apartment in Chamonix. property is clean and charming. windows open to gorgeous views of mountain from every side of the unit 7. large balcony with the view of Mont Blanc and alpine. kitchen is well equipped. walking distance to everything. we parked our rental at the property almost all the time we stayed there. Fabiann at the property was super nice and helpful. loved our stay here.

the place is much more an apartment than a hotel. There was no daily cleaning or towel replacements, you need to clean the apartment, take out the rubbish and remove all the sheets/bedding upon leaving. The room was also much smaller than expected. Being on the ground floor meant traffic and pedestrians were immediately outside the window. There also weren't any windows small enough that were safe to leave open or other way to ventilate the apartment over night in the heat, as they were floor to ceiling windows, and easily accessible from the street outside.

Good views & Great layout. well appointed kitchen, comfy beds. Free parking, 5min walking distance to town. Lovely host.

The communication was excellent with the host. The Spa was super nice because we booked a specific time and we had the place all to ourselves. The room was clean and the kitchen was very usable. The location was easy to find and we are only a 5 mins walk to the village.

The location is perfect, just a few meters of the noise center of Chamonix. They let us park our car for the rest of the day as we did go race the UTMB.
