The condo was as described and the check in was very well laid out and easy to follow. It is in a perfect location with easy access to stores, restaurants and great highway access.
A couple of minor things were noted:
The bbq was to be cleaned by the user. I had to clean it before our use, but left it in good order.
We noticed the furnace filter was quite plugged so I vacuumed it out and it did improve the air. A lot of pollen was out.
The washer was not allowing the fabric softener to flow out so we ended up cleaning the detergent/fabric dispenser.
These were very minor issues that did not take away from the 5 star review... we totally understand that these are seasonal issues that i am sure the owner addresses.
Again, this is a great property and we would be happy to book again and would strongly recommend to family and friends.

This was a nice simple place to stay. Good location to visit my mom and get some bike riding in. We also enjoyed leisurely rides around the ponds.

Once again we had an amazing time staying in this condo. Christina is a great host, easy to work with. My husband and I love the area and will definitely stay here again when visiting my brother.

We have stayed her numerous times and plan to return again. The condo is well appointed with everything you need during your stay. Including consumables like soap, laundry supplies, condiments and cooking supplies. The location is great, everything you could want is within walking distance. Malls, groceries, restaurants are all close by.

This is our second stay at this condo. We liked it so much the first time we booked it again this year! The condo is great. Well stocked, clean and very homey. Debbie the cleaning lady is amazing. She came and fixed the TV for us within 10 minutes of calling her.
( It was operator error on our part!) Lol The area is beautiful and very quiet. Highly recommend this property. We’ll be back.

This property overlooks the golf course and the patio is a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. There is a nice walking path around the gated property so you don’t even have to leave the premises.

From soup to nuts this property has everything you need. This gated townhouse is thoughtfully organized and is located in a prime area for shopping and entertainment. The internet is fast enough for working vacations and the kitchen is modern and up to date for all kinds of cooking. Highly recommended!

Great little spot with a backyard view of the 18th hole and terrific sunsets. Extremely good communications with owner and an impressively well organized condo. Many restaurant choices in the area as well as quite a few golf courses. Already booked for the same time frame next year.

This unit was lovely and the host put much thought into it. We were sick during our entire stay and staying somewhere so comfy and cozy sure made a difference
When we heard that we had to park away from the unit but the spots were close by and an easy walk for us.
Can't wait to stay again!

What a wonderful experience- well stocked home with everything you could need. Everything is labeled, instructions provided for TV, thermostat, etc. Very comfortable home away from home. View on the patio is wonderful. Close to family in PHX, so can see ourselves staying again.

This was our second time staying at this property. We returned because of the fantastic experience we had last time we stayed here. Once again the condo did not disappoint. It is fully stocked with plenty of replacement consumables such as paper goods. Thank you for that, we really appreciate it. The kitchen is fully stocked and very functional. The location is peaceful and convenient to shopping and dining. All in all a fantastic location with a wonderful host. This condo will be everything you need for a very relaxing stay.

Good location close to shopping, restaurants and, of course, the Mesa Market. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, which overlooks the golf course, watching the birds and admiring the beautiful sunsets. The unit is spacious enough and has all amenities necssary to make it comfortable and liveable

Loved the Southwest theme. Property is just as stated. Everything anyone could need while vacationing. Love the patio that faces the golf course - very peaceful. Second time staying in the complex. Wouldn't stay any other place.

This stay was just perfect! The condo was even better than described, super clean and stocked and in a great location! We really enjoyed our five night stay, will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family and will also highly recommend that other family members do too! Loved this property and location!
We had a wonderful week in AZ! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked! The pool was close by and never crowded. Christina made sure we had everything we needed and was more than accommodating. We plan to book this property again next year.

We’d definitely stay here if/when we vacation we in the area again.
