Wonderful stay.

If you're looking for a super posh, fancy, state of the art condo, keep looking... This condo is just as it is described and pictured. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Kitchen super stocked with cookware, dishes, more spices than I've ever seen in a VRBO (I'm sure that varies depending on who has been staying there). Super convenient to the Quicksilver lift. And Eric was incredibly responsive! We hope to return. Thank you Eric and family!!

My family of 4 stayed there and was quite comfortable. The location is great for getting to the lift and the price was affordable. The pool and hot tub close at 8 pm which is not in any control of the condo owner but is worth mentioning. The unit was stocked well and had everything we needed for cooking including some spices from previous residents. There were a couple little things but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. One of the burners on the stove didn't seem to work and the handle for the shower was loose (just needed the alum set screw tightened.) Overall a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

I rented out this property with 3 buddies of mine and it was perfect for what we needed. Short walk to the peak 8 Lift and close enough to walk down to main street in less than 10 minuets. Great cozy place to call base camp for a ski trip !

The location and access to this unit were perfect for a ski trip for two people. We especially liked the gas fireplace and having plenty of hooks to dry our snow gear on. The items provided for guests to use in the condo could use some updating (very worn blankets, blunt kitchen knives, rickety bed frame, etc.), which would make this great condo even better.

Perfect location for skiing & checking out the town. Everything within walking distance. Place is a little outdated but definitely sufficient for what we needed. Great hot tubs!

We had 3 people and only 2 pool towels. The person using a wet towel from after the hot tub was not happy after every shower. We were there for a month and asked at the beginning for another towel but none was provided. The location was perfect and the pool area and hot tubs were amazing!

Overall: in my 10yrs of coming to Breck this was my favorite property to stay at. Read more if you'd like! After a small miscommunication, Eric's property was a great home base for some early season slope action. Plenty of room as we had friends come by and stay a night or two. We were able to sleep comfortably and everyone had blankets and pillows to their liking. Kitchen was well stoked with essentials, plenty of spices, pans, utensils, etc. Cooked some really great meals and saved on having to go out. BUT everything is within a 5-15min walk if you do want to venture out. 5min walk to the Quicksilver lift and that was beyond convenient. Start your day early or late and still get in great runs. Avoid the chaos that is Peak 8!

We had a great time staying at the Timbernest Condo. Location was close to all the action, restaurants, hiking, and bike rentals. Would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. What a beautiful place to vacation. Our condo was in a great location. Close enough to walk downtown yet away from the crowds. Even though we did not use the pool, it seemed to be very nice. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had either by text, email, or phone. I rated the condo a 4 because it does need some upgrades.

The condo provided great access to the slopes at Breckinridge! With two boys ages 4 and 7, the close access to the the high speed chair allowed for 5 days of outstanding skiing.

very convenient to town and ski lift. perfect for for our family!

This property was exactly as advertised. It is nothing fancy, but suited our needs. We did not plan to spend a lot of time at the condo, so we did not need anything super nice. The location, however, is amazing. It's about a 7 minute walk to Main Street, which is full of restaurants and shops, and a 4 minute bike ride. We took our picnic blanket several nights and went downtown to pick-up dinner to eat at the park right next to the creek. Eric, the property owner, was very responsive throughout the whole process. We had a few questions before we booked and before we arrived. He always responded within an hour or two. Overall, it was a great stay. This is a great value and the location can't be beat. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great place, very charming and easy to stay.

This property is in a great location for getting on the slopes and enjoying the town. However, our experience started with arriving, just getting our stuff in the door and a notice that that the Health Department shut down the town and the slopes due to the corona virus. Due to no fault of ours, and after going back and forth a few times with the owners, they only returned our damage deposit and cleaning fee. We felt they should have refunded all of our money - as this was not our fault. We did get a credit to come back and stay in their unti again, but who knows when that might be possible. We didn't think that was very fair.

It served its purpose and worked out for a father/son/friend trip with the guys. Simple setup non luxurious and just the basics of a ski cabin. Not intended for a 5-Star accommodation. No major complaints. Owner was attentive and responsive.

With a quick walk to peak 9 base, this property was the perfect home base for my family's ski trip. This property is easy to live in and low-key. We skied everyday of our trip, so only were in the condo for eating breakfast, showering, and sleeping. Also located near all the main street attractions - about 10 minute walk or quick drive.
