We greatly enjoyed our stay. Walk to beaches was 5 to 10 min as described through beautiful property. The unit has nice appliances and all you need for cooking. It was great to have a washer and dryer to utilize. The bottom floor bedrooms were a little warm at night for our comfort. The manager brought by fans that helped some and that was greatly appreciated. If you are used to sleeping with your bedroom below 72 degrees it may be a little more challenging to sleep. Overall beautiful and comfortable place.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo for 9 days. It had plenty of bath towels, nice comfy sheets, enough room for 2 families to have their own spaces, and boogie boards/chairs. It was super nice to have the washer/dryer. The location is perfect in Poipu. We did however have a large Suburban that we did have difficulty parking every evening as other cars did not park properly in their space. Other than that, it was a beautiful spot to vacation and this condo is amazing! I would not hesitate to book this again in the future.

My family of 6 stayed for a week in January 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Our two younger kids slept in the room with twin beds, our adult daughter slept in the loft, our teenage son slept on the fold-out couch, and my husband and I were in the primary room. We had plenty of space and 3 bathrooms to spread out! The place was very clean - one of my biggest worries when renting a property is will it be clean?...I can say that this property was spotless and I would stay there again. We cooked basic meals and the kitchen was very well-stocked. The refrigerator was brand new. There were plenty of beach items, including a wagon and chairs. When we first arrived we didn't see boogie boards, but the property manager immediately brought 3 over because the previous ones had been damaged. Surrey was very welcoming and quick to help! The location is perfect - we walked easily down to Poipu Beach with all our gear, to Puka Dogs for lunch. It's also a beautiful walk the other direction to the Hyatt and the coastal trails.

We rented 2 condos from Mike and Surrey, to accommodate our extended family. Both condos were clean, spacious, and comfortable for our crowd, ages 6 to 76! We all appreciated being so close to the beach, and the beach "toys" in the garage were icing on the cake. Thank you very much!! Lots of memories!

My wife, 4 children, and my wife's parents stayed in this great condo. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. My wife's parents had a private space in the loft and the rest of us used the 2 rooms on the main level and the pull out couch. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable here. Each room had a ceiling fan and the AC in the unit worked great. The unit was very clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare all kinds of meals for our family. My kids loved eating at the kitchen island while the rest of us ate at the table. The other amenities at the condo we just what we needed. We used the 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, and the wagon to take everything down to the beach. It was around a 10 minute walk to the Brenneke & Poipu Beach areas. The walk was on a nice sidewalk through the Poipu Kai resort area with nice lights to see in the dark. You can spend your entire day at those two beaches - and especially enjoyed watching 20-30 sea turtles swim to shore to sleep on Poipu Beach each night. We didn't need to reach out to Mike or Surrey during our stay, but Mike was very quick to respond to my questions leading up to our trip. We have another conference planned in 2 years and we will most definitely look to stay in the same location next time.

This condo was simply perfect, from location, to amenities. The little touches, such as providing beach chairs and a wagon, washer & dryer were priceless and the size for our group- I will go back again and again! Loved it! So easy to walk the lovely paths to Poipu Beach, or Shipwreck Beach!

Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this home. We ran the Kauai marathon and the location is great for access to the start/finish line. Easy walking distance from amazing beaches. Unit is well stocked with beach items and things for the kids. Host and manager very easy to communicate with and responsive.

Lots of space, very clean, convenient to the beach and shops. Stayed here last year and would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here so much. The place is well kept and stocked with anything you need for a fabulous stay in Kauai. It was great having a kitchen and being able to cook breakfast and dinners, stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need. There were 3 “groups” staying so the house fit my family of four, my mom and her plus 1 and then a family friend perfectly. We all had a bathroom and bedroom and weren’t stepping over each other. We were so glad there was a washer/dryer so we could go home with clean laundry. The beach amenities were nice (loved the wagon). Traveling with kids you always hope that the place will have everything you need so you don’t over pack, and the house was all equipped for small children. The location is can’t be beat, short beautiful walk t the beach. We had a couple of questions and always received quick responses. We loved it here and only wish our time didn’t have to end.

We enjoyed walks to the beach and pool and visits to our favorite south shore sites. Plenty of space and a well stocked beach closet.

Plenty of room for the three adults and four kiddos. We walked to Poipu Beach almost every day. The master bath has a jetted tub but unfortunately the drain plug is cracked and while it did let me fill up it got dislodged when I climbed in. The drain plug in the second downstairs bathroom is also broken, but fortunately all my kids (including the 2-year-old) are used to taking showers. It did not detract from our stay at all. The unit had a high chair and pack n play for my infant which was a huge help. The only other item that would have been awesome to have would be a beach wagon, but we were able to carry everything to the beach in our stroller.

Perfect location near Poipu beach and shopping areas. Beach chairs, toys, towels, ect were included. Very clean and spacious.

We lived staying here to do all the activities in the South end of Kauai. Not too fancy, which is great when you are traveling with kids, but clean and easily accessible. We were grateful to be able to stay here.

We had the best week at this condo ! It was 2 bed, one loft and 3 bathrooms. Two small balcony’s with chairs. The location was incredible customer walking distance to beaches. The main pool and jucuzzi were wonderful. The kitchen was large for us to cook for family and friends. I highly recommend!! Already wishing we were back in paradise!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and SUPER clean. We felt at home from the first minute and appreciated the clear information provided in the host handbook. The kitchen was good to work in and the overall location was terrific. I'm a stickler for cleanliness, good towels and comfortable beds. Got all three in this rental. Enjoy!

Our family loved the location of this condo. The layout and the spaciousness of this property made our stay very comfortable! Plus the path to the beach was walk super convenient! We had a fabulous time.

This condo is great for a large group, we had 8 people total, adults and kids. Walking distance to the beach and all the necessary supplies you need to spend the day there. The condo was clean. It was also easy to get a hold of the manager when needed. Text replies were quick. We would stay here again! Mahalo!

This condo was great! Lots of room to spread out and it was well located between Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. Shipwreck is a little further to walk, but very doable.

This place was great for us, a family of six (mostly adults and one teenager). It was very comfortable and pleasant. I would say the walk to the beach took close to 10 minutes for us, but the path through the property is very pleasant and an easy walk and the beach was beautiful. We were actually happy we weren’t too close to the beach because the roosters over there are very loud and we didn’t experience that at all. We loved getting up early and seeing the sea turtles on the beach. First time to Kauai and loved it!!

We stayed for a week and the property was everything we expected. It was in a great location, clean, quiet, well stocked, and a short walk to the pool and beaches. There were 5 people in our party, and we all felt at home immediately. We also greatly appreciated how responsive the owner and property manager were when we had questions. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
