The house was very clean and smelled really good upon arrival. The host was very easy to communicate with. He also gave us a complimentary 1 p.m check out which was very helpful. Had a great stay.

Property did not meet my expectations based on listing and photos. Was advised I had to pay for the free rental advertised up front and would be reimbursed at end of stay. Property had noticeable damages and some none working appliances. Security checkpoint was a joke. Only one officer did her job accurately based on how Scott advised security checkpoint operated. There was no need to submit driver's license info in advance considering only one officer truly checked. Scott the host was very rude and unprofessional after receiving bad review from guest. I would not recommend this property. Property is centrally located which was a plus. Damages: stove not fully functional, dining area smart TV not properly set-up for use, several holes noted in wall, crack noted to wall, broken curtain rod with hanging curtains, broken outlet covers, missing outlet cover, one out coming out of wall in living (to which TV was plugged), ants noted in both bathrooms, bugs noted to one bedroom, walls needed painting, kept receiving mindware emails for noise while having general conversations inside home and my list goes on............

We sadly just returned from a perfect, relaxing vacation in Fort Lauderdale. I traveled with my two daughters, ages 10 and 13, and a mutual friend of theirs, also 13. After searching for months to find the perfect place for us, I stumbled upon Scott's place. I sent him a message and he responded immediately. He corresponded with me for a few hours, making sure to answer all of my questions. Once I booked the place, Scott sent me extensive lists of his favorite restaurants, grocery stores, and activities, information about all the local pools, and very clear directions for check in/out. This house was bigger than what we really needed, and the price was a little higher than what I had been planning on spending, but it was WELL worth the cost! We all had room to spread out, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a brand new set of pots and pans. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with toiletries and clean sheets and towels. During our stay, we had a couple of minor issues come up, and Scott responded immediately to my texts. The problems were resolved right away, and he checked in on us regularly after that to see if we needed anything. He was an incredible host! Superb communication, great sense of humor...best host I've ever rented from! He even got us a great deal on a rental car during spring break when prices were sky-high. We will definitely be renting from Scott again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Fort Lauderdale!

Great stay! The owner, Scott, was the most attentive host that we've ever had. Always makeing sure we were happy with our accommodations and willing to make things better : ))

House was clean and as expected based on the description. Had constant communication to make sure that our expectations were met and to make sure we knew that owner was available 24/7 if any issues arose. Even went as far as asking if he could have anything special waiting for us (food, etc). Will stay again!

Good value and clean property. Good for the week-long stay and the host was very responsive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was ok.

Scott has a niche in the large group accommodation market and provides it at a competitive price. We had 16 adults and five children under 6. The property was perfect for the little ones. It was childproof and basically indestructible with the tile floors throughout. We wanted a place that all the adults could hang out after the babies went to bed for that special bonding time and this property was perfect. We went to three different beaches (Key Biscayne, Peanut Island, Fort Lauderdale). It took about 40 minutes. The free rental car was a huge help. The property's pictures are even better in real life. The neighbors all waved and always said hello.

This was my first time in Miami with eleven other guests. The entire procedure was effortless. When we arrived we assumed we wouldn't need a car, however, we did. Scott was able to get us a rental in a matter of minutes. He was very attentive to our needs and us being comfortable. The property is very spacious. With eleven women you would think we would be running into each other...not the case. Everyone was comfortable and was able to have their personal space. In addition, the neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. However, the landscaping in the back yard could have seen a little more attention, but it did not effect our stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable, safe environment and Scott was a wonderful host. I look forward to more girls trips in the future and will be contacting Scott for vacation house needs. Not to mention it was a very affordable price and great location. Thanks Scott. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future!

This is my first experience with air bnb didn’t know what to expect. The process was easy and smooth help available with a push of bottom. Great place for family vacation, convenient and close by to all kind of activities for young and old. Gated community very friendly.

Our company had 3 teams of men staying at the beautiful Pembroke Pines home. Two in November an one team in December, total of 18 men. Over the time they were there they did work a lot of hours testing fire hose at several Fire Departments. They also had time to play in the area and love it. They mentioned that the house gave ample room for everyone to have their own space. The options for playing that Scott gave to them was wonderful, knowing that all was previously checked out gave them the feeling that they were all good options for fun. We will definitely be back next year when we are in the area. Happy New Year Scott!
