First off, the owners of the property were the greatest communicators. Second the property was absolutely perfect. Everything was so thought out and made our stay so fun and comfortable. It’s a beautiful home, an incredibly gorgeous neighborhood, and we had games for days. Highly recommend on every level.

Tom was a wonderful host and even brushed the snow off my windshield and kept the steps to the apartment cleared of snow. Also, my dog had the run of his backyard and thought he was in doggy heaven! The apartment is just beautiful and very comfortable.

We came to visit our son at school nearby. The house was well situated, even more beautiful than the pictures. The host was accessible and helpful but not overbearing. We will look to this listing first when returning to the area!

In town for a conference at Salt Palace and my wife tagged along for a little getaway before the holiday season ramps up. Owners live upstairs but hardly ever heard them, the king bed was super comfy, the house was well equipped and the hot tub was great for evening soaks. This VRBO is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live in the greater SLC area, and my wife took advantage by using the walking trails and local park more than once. We visited during one of the absolute slowest times of the year (after leaves dropped and before snow), but both SLC and Snowbird were easy 30 min drives. Park City and the Bonneville Salt Flats were reachable in ~90 min. Local restaurants were a hidden surprise - breakfast at Sweet Lake Biscuits was 4.5/5, dinner at the Charleston (which is a 10 min walk) was divine (6/5), and the local In-n-Out Burger (about 7 min from the place) was great to fill my East Coast burger junky craving. The only real odd thing about the place is the lack of a stove, but all the needed equipment (hot plates, toaster oven, etc) were there and should easily suffice if you're wanting to cook an actual meal. Wife and I would not hesitate to book here again if/when visiting the SLC area.

We needed a great space for the weekend to attend some events in Draper and have our dogs with us. This space was absolutely perfect! ROOMY to begin with. Super comfortable, every detail provided, huge yard for our dogs, and space to hang out with them outside. One of my favorite places to stay (and we travel a lot with dogs). If we are brought back to Draper/SLC again, we will definitely stay here again! Well Done Tom & Stephanie, Well Done! Thank YOU!

This is a beautiful location! We rented it to visit family and would definitely stay there again. Although you’re in town, it feels like a country setting. The property host was amazingly helpful and even brought us fresh eggs while we were there!

Such an amazing property with all the amenities listed! Kids had an absolute blast sitting in the hot tub, watching movies in the theater, and feeding carrots to the zebra next door. The house was beautiful with gorgeous landscape that made the stay that much more relaxing. Communicating with the property owner was so simple even while they were in another country! We tripped a breaker & struggled operating the theater and Tom immediately helped us troubleshoot and fix the problem! We highly recommend for a large family looking for a great place to stay! Zero complaints!

The Host - Tom was just awesome. He made us feel truly like a guest !!! The daylight basement home was wonderful and bright. Everything from the large living area to the movie room, playroom, weight room and large bedrooms was perfect !!! We loved the display of outside lights through our windows !! Our German Shepard dog Sarge made friends with Mr. Zebra and even exchanged a few smooches !! The hot tub was great too !! We will definitely reserve this vacation home again !!! Thank you !!!

Great place to stay! Felt like a bed and breakfast. Tom and Co take great care of their guests! Country feel but in the city. Will stay here again for sure.

We had a great time in this house and wished we could have stayed longer to make use of the numerous amenities. We didn't lack for anything, including privacy, and we enjoyed seeing Zippy the zebra and his emu friends every day :) Also, one of the most comfy bed/pillow/blanket sets we've had in a rental. King sized bed is one of our must-haves, and this one was great!

Big thanks to Tom and Stepanie for the stay. Awesome location for access to little cottonwood and spring skiing at snowbird. Comfortable and spacious. Outdoor hot tub and backyard grotto provided a relaxing apres ski. The small kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare meals on the run.

We had a wonderful vacation in Draper. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to plan a return trip!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We did a guy trip to hike and explore the city. The home was very clean, the owner lives upstairs and was very friendly and responsive to any questions. Incredible views of the mountains. We enjoyed the popcorn provided, along with the movie theater, weight room, and very very nice hot tub. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay. The pictures online are spot on. The accommodations is well maintained, tastefully appointed, and the beds are super comfortable. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The travel time to Alta and Snowbird is 35 minutes. Would stay again on return trip to the area.

My husband and I were traveling with our 2 dogs. We chose this place because I would be alone for most of the time and felt more comfortable having people nearby. It was our first time staying somewhere with the owners living onsite and it was great. The space really feels completely separate due to its own entrance and some clever landscaping. The apartment was so private and relaxing. There’s a hot tub with gorgeous mountain views and separate cozy outdoor seating. We also loved the theatre room and were able to connect our laptop to the projector to play something. The owners also left popcorn and snacks for us! There were so many little touches like that and we just felt very welcome and comfortable. I was even given some apples to feed the neighboring zebra, emus, and goats! It was an absolutely unique experience for me and our dogs were certainly very enthralled by the sounds from the cute neighbors. I would come back and recommend a stay here. Thank you!

We had a great stay, it was very comfortable, fun theatre area, lots of room. Everything was clean, felt very new and worked great. The only downsides was the single shared bathroom between the rooms and small kitchen with no real oven, stove or dishwasher. There was a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle so it was fine, but if you are planning to cook any big meals it might be a challenge. Overall, a great experience and would stay here again.

The best part of our trip was Tom. He was such a great host. He was always on hand to help and very responsive. The rental was very clean, cozy and spacious. The location to the mountain was amazing too. Overall, it was a 10/10 rental. I will be staying here in the future. Thanks Tom!

This property has everything! Plenty of space, every kitchen appliance needed, movie theatre, hot tub, beautiful yard and is close proximity to SLC as well as numerous ski resorts. Tom + family were so kind and made the check-in, check-out process so easy. Can't wait to return!

This was our third time staying here. We're big movie people and the home theater is awesome. The whole place is great fun too though and the hot tub is great and it's all nice and comfy. Draper is a cool little town too. We'll definitely be back.

Close to everything in Draper. Had an event nearby and it was convenient to have a place so close. Great space. Plenty of room. Hot tub quit working the day we arrived so that was a bummer. That was the one thing we were looking forward to with long days after an event. Kids LOVED the theater room, foosball and game closet. Owner was very kind and came to help us with the theater room. Would stay again!

Let me start off by saying, the hosts were great about communication and checking in with you to make sure you are happy with they stay. The guest house was private and had everything you need and more. Beautiful property in a area that is convenient to shopping, freeways/highways etc. You will love this place, book it! ❤️

I stayed here over a two week period after my mom passed away. Tom was a great host! We came and went at weird hours. We also had our sweet dog with us— who can be a little eccentric. The house is spotless clean, has everything you need. We didn’t cook but you could if you needed to. The beds were all very comfortable. There were lots of televisions and a theater room that is cool. We will definitely be back, hopefully next time we will be able to enjoy the amenities more under better circumstances. We had a wonderful time in a very comfortable and clean environment. Theater room was amazing. We would do it again!

The stay was great. We were a little worried about the stairs into the basement. They weren't steps but stones and they weren't the average distance apart. The handrail was black and hot so getting up and down into the basement was my 70+ year old mother was scary. The hot tub was over chlorinated so we weren't really able to get in it. The DVD player didn't work. It was a nice place though. Plenty of beds.

We only traveled about 20 minutes from home looking for a fun, short stay in an exciting place to celebrate my sons Birthday. This place was that and so much more. You won’t be disappointed!
