The backyard, landscaping and pool were wonderful and for relaxing.

My husband and I have stayed up and down the Gulf Coast in many types of accommodations, but have now found our "go to place" in Florida! Karen is awesome! The interior was beautifully appointed, and was stocked with everything we could have wished for. The outdoor seating areas and pool are absolutely incredible!!

My husband and I booked a few days here for our 20th anniversary. Pool area is amazing, the house is fully stocked and super clean. Owner lives upstairs if you have any questions. Area felt safe and house has security cameras for added protection. Definitely plan on returning!

Our family had a great time here.! The pool is fantastic. I think my kids would have been happy staying at the property and swimming all day. It’s a very quiet location and nice having the bike path steps away.

Our stay in Karen’s Crystal Beach home was just perfect! Exactly as described, the house was fully stocked and super clean, and the location was great for exploring the area. We had easy access to Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin and other nice towns. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants (Fireside Pizza, Molly Goodheads, Frenchys Outpost, Casa Tina’s, Emily’s) and there so many more that looked great too. The Pinellas Trail let us easily ride north on Karen’s available bikes to Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks. We also used the trail for walking and running. The Crystal Beach pier is great for watching the sunset. However, the star of the show was actually the wonderful yard that we had all to ourselves. The pool was fabulous: heated, saltwater, perfectly clean, beautiful landscaping, lots of comfy seating, patio tables, shady umbrellas and more. They were pool toys and floats to use in the nearby sheds. And because we were too busy enjoying the pool both day and night we did not take advantage of a lovely swing under a big tree or a fully stocked fire pit. Next time! 5-plus stars to this top notch property!

Our family has been through a lot over the last year, and needed some time away together. Our family of 6 (kids 11, 9, 3, & 6 months) all fit well inside the living area. We had everything we needed as far as amenities go. The show stopper was the fenced in back yard pool. Its a real oasis hidden away in the neighborhood area this property sits. We loved our stay and would recommend it for families and couples alike!

The property met my expectations for a family trip. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. The pool is definitely a nice selling point on this property. It could have been cleaned a bit better for the cleaning fee that was imposed on the renter. It didnt feel very private with the owner living the in space above. I would recommend this property more for a family trip than a social outing, but would stay again with the family.

What a great weekend; the property is very clean and well maintained and just as listed; and the area is great! The bonus was the amazing restaurant and bar area a mile away. Live music; seafood and a great atmosphere! Thanks for the great process and communication as well!

The home was very clean, Karen provided a lot of accessories, pool was very nice. Thanks to Karen we were able to enjoy every moment by not wasting time looking for things. She was great! Hope to return

Karen has created a quiet private oasis in the middle of a nice neighborhood. It was just what we had hoped for. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is beautiful and was great when we hung out with family. We will visit again.

We had an amazing time staying there! The pool was beautiful and so much fun. The house was wonderfully kept and Karen was very sweet. We truly had so much fun staying there. Our only disappointment was that the description says within walking distance to the beach. It’s true but it is not a beach that one would normally think of when hearing the word beach. I pictured a beach like Clearwater and it is not like that. This was not a big deal for us though because Clearwater wasn’t a far drive. The place was impeccably maintained and we did not want for anything. Karen made checking in and out very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone who does not want the hustle and bustle of going to the amusement parks. It was a very relaxing vacation for us and I can’t say enough good things about the place and the area it’s in. It was paradise!!

This was absolute paradise. So many amenities available. Karen was spectacular to work with, very friendly. The pool was beautiful, the house was super clean, the kids loved the bikes, beach chairs available to use too. Will definitely be back - soon!!

Honestly, everything about this property exceeded my expectations. The location is private and secluded, but also within walking distance of the beach. I barely needed to leave the house to go to the store the unit was so well equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. 11/10 I definitely recommend staying here and will be suggesting it to my friends and family who come to visit in the future!

This place was great--comfortable furniture, well supplied with the necessities, and a fantastic location. The owner was most responsive to our needs/questions. I highly recommend this property for its comfort, walkability to Gulf and commercial establishments, great serene outdoor area and right on the Pinellas Trail.
