We were in granby for my sons wedding and could not have picked a better place to stay. Everything one would need was in the house it was like being at home

Great location, clean, great configuration, good price!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Quiet, relaxing area with spectacular views! Comfortable beds and bedrooms each with a bathroom, which was a nice bonus. Families with small children loved the basement toys, books, games and kid friendly kitchen items. Everything is clearly labeled or explained in the guest book…which is super helpful! The place was very clean, well stocked, and welcoming! We loved our time in this amazing home and in beautiful Granby! Made some wonderful memories! Thank you!

We loved this space as a place to put our heads at night. We were in town for a wedding and loved this house to be able to gather and decompress. The patio was our favorite!

Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities, very comfortable, so close to the grocery store, and an overall gorgeous location.

We had 3 families staying at the property for a ski vacation. Three bedrooms, plus a kids'room and couches worked out perfectly. Super close to grocery store and 5 min drive to ski at Granby Ranch.

We are a family of 6 adults and 4 grand kids. This home had 4 bedrooms which allowed the adults to use the 3 upper bedroom suites and the total lower bottom level for the Grand Kids . This home has everything that you need in the kitchen and a fantastic few of the golf course and mountains. In winter which is when we were there you can use the golf path for walks and cross country skiing . One thing not mentioned in the write up is the Club House that is a short walk from house. The drinks are great and food excellent. Also the full grocery store and gas station are at the entrance of the development .Granby is a mile down the road with several great restaurants. Skiing at Winter Park is about 30 min up the road. The great part is that there is no traffic from there to Winter Park as opposed to those coming from Denver that is always a line of traffic. Great communication with the host and a pleasure to deal with .

Wonderful home with lots of room, comfortable everything, great views of the first hole right on the fairway. Highly recommend!

This home rental was perfect for our family of seven, the house was spacious and the kitchen was generously stocked. We have rented many homes in Colorado and we all felt like this home in Granby was in a perfect location to see and do all the things we wanted to do. We had a minor issue and Dana replied to our needs immediately. We will rent this home again in the future.

Hate to give a glowing review because would love to keep it all to ourselves BUT....the home is great for a family, the location is perfect and can't get any better than the Granby / Grand Lake area. Will continue to come back as long as there is an opportunity to do so.

Could not have been better. Everything as advertised. Seamless process. Outstanding view on No. 1 fairway at Grand Elk. Had everything we needed, and plenty of room for parking for 2 Suburbans and an SUV. Saw neighbors in attached unit a few times, but never heard them. Just steps to Grand Elk clubhouse. Every kitchen appliance and utensil we needed. We did not have to contact owner or agent a single time during our one week stay. Would highly recommend to anyone of any age group. We had three couples and room for at least one more couple, with plenty of elbow room. Third Granby rental and by far the best. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time during 4th of July weekend. The house is very nice and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. Loved the patio seating.

This property is awesome and the homeowner was wonderful. Everything is very clearly labeled and the place is incredibly well stocked with cooking appliances and such. The location is perfect, easy access to a grocery store, the Granby Ranch resort and is on a golf course. We had three couples and 5 children under the age of 6 and all had our own space and bathrooms. There is a great kids space in the walk out basement complete with a bunk bed, trundle and family room. We had a great time and are definitely hoping to stay some day again in the future.

Owners: The owners of the home are easily the most interactive owners I have encountered with a rental. It was awesome. They were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and even went out of their way to get some parking information for us due to having too big of vehicles to fit in the driveway. (We ended up being able to fit our 3 big trucks in the driveway and garage so parking wasn't an issue.) So huge props to the awesome home owners. Home: The home was very nice, clean and what we expected. Bedrooms were all good sized and plenty of bathrooms and showers throughout the home. There was fresh snow so we used the hill in between the houses to sled and have fun. Behind the home is a golf course and we used the snow there to make a giant igloo. One of the perks of the location was the grocery store right in front of the neighborhood which was super convenient. Neighbors: The neighbors in the surrounding homes were very friendly! One of them even offered anything in his garage for us to use and play with (footballs, hockey stuff etc.) and let us play with his pretty awesome pup Thor. I would 100% recommend this home, and hopefully it is still available to rent on our next trip up because we will definitely try and make this our rental home again.

We've rented many houses over the years, this was one of the best overall stays we've had. We have a running joke whenever we stay places, is it really clean or is it Colorado clean, which means don't look at the corners and you'll be okay. Happy to say it was very clean, corners in all, and well-stocked with everything. We had a family gathering with six folks and one baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen & grill were great. We cooked every night, the kitchen had everything and I want to thank the owner for labeling every drawer and cabinet so you knew exactly what was available! usually and house rentals you go through every drawer and cabinet to figure out where the perfect pot and pan and cutting board is. Dana thought of everything, she can come to my house and label things any day! The setup of the house worked great for us. It's a duplex but you wouldn't know it when you're inside, it was spacious and well laid out. My mom, who has had two knee replacements, had a bedroom right on the first floor, so she didn't have to take any steps which was perfect for her. The two additional bedrooms upstairs for very comfortable, I had one and my niece and nephew had one and nobody had any complaints. In fact everybody loved the beds! I should ask where they got the mattresses from, I never rent a place where I actually sleep well on the mattress, chronic back issues...and everybody thought they were great, people actually slept in a little. The basement has a family room along with the kids bedroom that my other niece and nephew and their baby were able to stay in. Plenty of toys to keep our toddler busy, and they had plenty of room to stretch out downstairs. The golf course property itself is lovely, it's not really built up yet so go now! Plenty of land and beautiful views, without too many houses. You are minutes from the town of Granby, and we traveled into Grand Lake and spent two days exploring the National Park. The ride is definitely worth it so don't miss seeing the park, we got a good view of a young moose on our drive. One more thing, two thumbs up for Dana, she was great with my many questions and actually gave us a heads up that there was a car accident that might hold us up on our drive...so nice of her to let us know... thank you!!! That's above and beyond and we appreciate it. I would highly recommend this rental.

Location of this beautiful place is perfect - away from all the crowds on the other side of the Park. We loved hanging out on the back patio at night making s’mores and enjoying the view!

This was the best cabin we have stayed at! It is a beautiful cabin at beautiful location and it was very clean. It had all the basic necessities. Dana , owner, was very quick with her responses and was so thoughtful to put a portable crib and high chair out for my toddler. Highly recommend this cabin.

The property manager was very helpful, friendly, and easy to access. The home was clean, organized, modern, and beautiful! It was so nice not having to haul anything but our clothing. We stopped at the grocery store right before we pulled in. Aside from going skiing we didn't need to leave for anything. The home was very spacious for multiple sets of adults with a large enough kitchen and table for all. If we had brought all of our kids there would've been plenty of room for them in the basement. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return for future trips!

Our two families including 5 young children had a wonderful time staying in this home. There was plenty of space for everyone, and lots of toys and games for the kids. The home is extremely clean and very nice. The location is perfect - just a few minutes to Granby Ranch, and very convenient to have a grocery store just up the street. The owner was so helpful providing suggestions of activities and dining nearby (though we ended up cooking in most of our meals - the kitchen is stocked with everything needed!). We hope to return!

A beautifully maintained mountain house! The owners thought of everything in this gorgeous location! Plenty of space for our 3 families to stretch out. Lots to do in and around Grandby. Close proximity to RMNP. Must stop at the Farmer's & Artisan's Market for music and eats in Grandby!
