We enjoyed our stay and having amenities such as the beaches and bars within easy walking distance was great. The beaches and coves were fantastic. The beach bar and Tony's were our favourite places for eating and drinking. The property did not look like the photos shown on the website and it could definitely do with some maintenance and tender loving care. Some areas were not very clean, so for example, there was a well established spider web in the downstairs shower room and in the upstairs bathroom the shower curtain was mouldy and the corners at each end of the bath had not been cleaned properly. The area around the bath could do with re-grouting and the toilet seat needs replacing. Many of the surfaces needed a clean. The air-conditioning in the 3rd bedroom leaked which meant that my daughter had to share the other bedroom with her friend. Kitchen appliances all worked well as did the showers and wifi, we did not turn on the TV. We didn't use the sun-beds as they were all marked and could do with some new waterproof cushions. The marquee top was loose, marked and could have flown off in high winds. One of the outdoor sofas was broken. The pool we loved; it seemed well kept and we enjoyed the kid's balls and inflatable. The ants were tolerable. We did see a few too many cockroaches in the garden, a couple of which seemed to emerge from a hatch just outside the downstairs shower room. A bit more lighting for the garden dinner table would be good.

The villa was just right, and the nearby beaches are amazing.

We stayed at Villa Diana for 8 weeks. The villa is exactly as described, it's so near the beaches and Kennedy Avenue with wonderful restaurants. We hired a car for 3 of the 8 weeks as we felt that everything we needed was within walking distance. We did travel to Nicosia and mountain villages. We took boat trips and went to see Stardust. The villa was a home from home. Steve and his brother David were always contactable and responded to any requests we had. Emma and her husband the villa managers were in contact to see if we needed anything. Already booked another villa owned by Steve for another 8 weeks sometime next year. Oh and weather amazing made good use of the pool

Villa is in a residential road close to shops, bars and restaurants and within several minutes walk of beaches and coves. Everything you need is supplied.

We had a lovely stay in villa Diana We have stayed in Kapparis many times and villa Diana was in perfect location, near to shops and restaurants yet in a quiet and peaceful spot Lovely outside seating space (although cushions too big for chairs) the pool was lovely and in evening very colourful although coloured lights in front of villa not working in the boarders Downstairs living area a really good size, plenty of room for all 6 of us - upstairs bedroom storage and bathrooms a little tight for 6 people and bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and there were a few little tweaks we felt are needed that would have made the stay that little more home from home and special and maybe the site pictures do need an update - but we had a fab time and would definitely come back Steve was always on hand with any queries and extremely helpful from booking to arrival, Emma was quick to come sort out a problem and even came to check on us after the storm. empire cars were brilliant we used them for transfers to and from airport as didn’t get a car this time and we used them when we needed cabs during holiday, they were perfect, turned up within a few minutes, even drove us round different shops and waited when we needed something for our grandson and for us it was much cheaper than getting hire cars Been to Kapparis many times and never disappoints

We had the most wonderful time at villa Diana, the villa itself was very cosy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was very enjoyable and our teenagers loved it especially! The location of the villa was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. The beach is also only a few minutes walk down the road. Overall we could not fault the place, it was perfect for us, also I’d just like to add that the air conditioning in the villa was amazing, we really benefited for that as it was so hot at the time we went. Fabulous holiday!!

Really enjoyed the house

Villa Diana is a comfortable 3 bedroom Villa with pool. It is ideally situated for a short walk to the beach and the same for a selection of restaurants. A car is not necessarily needed unless you like to visit different areas. The seating areas are comfortable and as expected. Our only disappointment was the sun being behind the villa for large periods of the day which is a reflection on the low sun this time of year. Overall we had a great holiday and visited some really nice coves and beeches that we didn’t know about.
