Everything about our stay was 5 stars. Beautiful view, neighborhood had plenty of great places within walking distance, checking in was as easy as reading an email. The only time we needed to contact property manager she answered on the first ring and took no time finding the issue. Would definitely stay again

Great property! Loved it!

My family of four stayed here for a week when traveling to PCB for a dance competition. It was a comfortable home away from home for our busy week. The pool and beach access were great and we really enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated beach condo! The condo had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities were great! We used the pools and hot tub a lot. The convenience of having an onsight restaurant and store was great! The portions were huge! We were down there often for drinks, sunscreen, snacks and some necessities we forgot at the store. My daughter especially liked the Starbucks there! We took the owners suggestion and tried the Sunrise Café that’s a 5 minute walk away. They were right, it was great! We went back numerous times to eat there. Walmart is a very short drive away where we got some groceries for the week. There was a rental area just outside the condo on the beach where we rented a jet ski, so much fun! They also had parasailing and a banana boat ride! Just a 15 minute drive away was Pier Park where there are lots of shops and restaurants! Just a short drive down the road we visited Zoo World and did the interactive experiences with the baby kangaroo and lemurs. We absolutely loved our trip! We would definitely love to come back here! Beautiful condo at a perfect location!

Check in process was too easy. Instructions, expectations, and additional suggestions were extremely detailed and much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay. At no fault of the owner the theatur was closed.

Pros - Ocean view. (I asked if two chairs and umbrella could be provided considering the cost, but we were told no and that we were welcome to purchase them ourselves. That’s a substantial amount more money. Fireworks on the beach were perfectly amazing. Cons - Too numerous to list them all. This trip was actually to celebrate our honeymoon and we were so excited counting down the days to this vacation. We paid a lot of money to rent this condo. Seven days from 7/3-7/10. On 7/7, we checked out early and left. There was nothing about this condo or The Majestic in general that we liked. When you first arrive, the layout of the parking garage and the condos is ridiculous. It was a nightmare every time you had to go anywhere on this property. Most of the time, one or more of the elevators were not operational, there were no service elevators for housekeeping, the journey from point A to point B was a lengthy process and the wait time to maneuver around this property was like nothing we have ever experienced. On the surface, the condo looks updated but on closer inspection it is not. The brass living room tables were rusty as was all the balcony furniture (i get it that it’s outside furniture but it was rusty, dirty and cheap considering the cost of this place). There was a gold fish cracker left on the floor beside the living room chair which would indicate it was not cleaned properly (much less sanitized as claimed). It was pretty much bare as far as supplies you may normally see in most other condos (not even a dish cloth to wash dishes). The master bedroom is located next to the outside walkway as far opposite from the beach as you can get. Because of this, the noise from other travelers outside and traffic below was constant. The master bed needs to be tossed and replaced. Both bathroom sinks stayed stopped up the entire time we were there along with the toilets off and on. We had to shower in the guest bath instead of the master because it was just nasty. There was very apparent water damage and what looked to be mold on the floor and base board area next to that tub/shower area. The power outlet behind the headboard in the master was not working at all. The beautiful blue decor online is very inviting but when you actually try to stay at this place, it’s just not worth it. These are just some of our issues. We lost a lot of money when we checked out early but chalk it up as a lesson learned.

We stayed at this condo for a full week. Owner was responsive leading up to stay and answered all of our questions. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The master bed was comfortable so we were able to rest well. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It has a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook dinner and had both a keurig and regular coffee maker for our morning coffee. The only cons: The coffee table and end tables weren’t sturdy - not suitable for a toddler (we have a 2 year old). Also, we were thankful we brought our own towels because there were only a few in the condo. As for the condominium itself (NOT the owner’s fault!) - as we were trying to park when we first arrived to the condo there were a few tow trucks having cars towed out of the parking deck. Be mindful of the rules they give you for parking and you’ll be fine. Then, to use their luggage carts you must leave your license with security. We had to wait in line for a long while to get a cart and the security officer told us there were over 500 rooms to the condo and only 39 carts.After getting all of our things loaded, we had to wait in a long line (over 30 minutes) for an elevator. We understand we were there in peak season, but elevators continued to be an issue - even with some of them being out of order at times. We used the stairs a lot & avoid the luggage cart when loading back up to go home. Our children loved the pool area, but make sure all children have a wristband on or they’ll not be allowed to swim. We read a sign stating children under 12 didn’t have to wear a band, but a security guard told us they couldn’t swim without one so we had to go back to the room to get him one. With all of that said, we did have a fabulous week and would visit this condo again! All resorts have rules and it did make us feel safe knowing security was very involved.

Place was clean, comfortable and in a great location, they'll respond quickly to my questions, check in/out was a breeze.

The reviews on this condo were good so we decided to book but when we got there the floors were dirty, very dirty. I have a one year old who just wants to explore and crawl everywhere and I didn’t even feel comfortable letting him down I found all kinds of things in the floor I even found toe nails. The dishes in the cabinet were still dirty and the bathtub was just disgusting I didn’t feel comfortable giving my baby a bath. Would’ve loved it had I felt comfortable for my child to move around we ended up leaving early because of it

Loved the ocean front! Convenient to restaurants were wanted to eat at. Condo could use more towels so you don’t have to do towels everyday. End tables were wobbly and owner said more were ordered to be replaced. Trash drop is right outside the master bedroom wall so everytime someone dropped trash in the night or morning you heard it. Beach and pools nice!

I would love to stay at this property again. The convenience, the beautiful décor and the fact that Netflix is on the smart TV for your use...sign me up! We used the heated pool morning noon and night, And I would highly recommend this property

Wonderful condo- perfect for my husband and I. Very clean. Easy check in. Quiet and the sounds of the ocean are all we could hear from the balcony. Clean beaches. Would definitely come back and bring our young daughter!

Tastefully decorated, fabulous balcony and view, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! The property itself was clean and nice.

Loved this condo!!!! The decor was wonderful!!! Having 2 bathrooms was perfect for us considering we only have 1 at home. Bunkbeds were perfecr for my 2 and 4 yr old considering they already have bunkbeds at home. My kids were absolutely amazed at the ocean and I am so glad we got ocean view. The only thing that wasn't fun was dealing with walking so far from where we parked but we adapted quickly and dealt with little ones wanting to fight over who was going to push the elevator buttons. Property manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with and got maintenance out to fix the dishwasher when we realized it wasn't working. We loved this condo but next time for our family will be actually looking for 2 bedrooms for sure that way our older kids can have a bed not a couch bed. This is a wonderful property though!!!!

The condo was nicely decorated, but it could have been cleaner. The towels were not desirable to take a shower, the shower curtain was dirty and the headboard was dirty.

We loved our stay at this condo. It is so beautifully decorated and the beds are the best we’ve ever slept in at the beach. The pots and pans were great quality and we never needed anything that wasn’t there. The location is perfect and (if we had left the condo), there are multiple dinning and shopping choices. The beaches, as always, are perfect and our 10 year old loved the pool. The communication with the condo owner was flawless and I so appreciate all the help she offered. She offered constant contact while we waited for corona to decide what was going to happen!!! I would for sure recommend this condo!!!!

Perfect space for my family of six. Kitchen was well supplied as we don’t eat out often and were able to enjoy family meals together. Beds were comfortable and I didn’t have any issues with letting my baby crawl around the unit. We loved everything about this property!

We've taken many vacations over the years, but this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. The decorating is as beautiful as the breathtaking view. The magnificent colors in this 12th floor unit seem to blend in perfectly as one, with the sand, sea, and sky. We felt completely relaxed! We wanted to book the same 2 weeks for next year, but they were already taken, so needless to say we highly recommend this unit. Don't hesitate to book if you're interested, or you may miss out. If you stay here, you will love it!! Jaime was great to book with and helping us in our planning. Customer Service was Fantastic, as Stephanie was very accommodating, and a joy to work with during our stay! Thank you for allowing us to share in your little piece of heaven!!

The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony almost every day, weather permitting. Location is great for driving to restaurants and stores. The parking ramp is very convenient with the attached skywalk and unloading area. Would definitely recommend and book another stay.

The view was incredible! Loved being so close to the ocean. Everything matched the online description. Check-in was a breeze. Location was great!

Both the condo and resort were clean and well kept. Love having the H20 and market available on site with great food and drink.
