Great location location for our purpose of travel (visiting an event on Brioni islands), friendly staff in the hotel

problems with unlocking the room with the key rich breakfast, but maybe not the best quality - but for the price probably good enough

Comfortable room, close to the beach and nice city centre. And of course, wonderful Hosts :) thank You for great atmosphere!!! We felt like we were in home :)

Breakfasts were delicious and fresh but a bit monotonous

Everything was perfect 🤩 owners are very nice, friendly people, hotel is well situated - beach is in 5 minutes distance, centrum 10 minutes :) no problem with parking, shop and restaurant are also nearby, surroundings was really quiet :) rooms and beds are comfortable - we slept really good :) we had breakfast too - nothing to complain, we found everything what we like - I never forget homemade pancakes - they were incredibly delicious 😋 thank you again 🙏🏼

The stuff was very friendly and helpluf, ready to adjust to our special needs as much as possible. Thank you Laura! The breakfast was great - variety of choice, all home-made freshly, jummy. The location is good in that perspective that is close to the beach - 7 minutes by foot. The closest part of the beach is with trees for shadow, and the closest restaurant just next to the kinderground. Super convinient for families with small kids. The big supermarket is also only 5 minutes. Parking for extra charge is 2 min from the hotel. There is a fridge in the room. The double bad was big and convinient. There is an aircondotioner.

The biggest frustration was the location close to the bigger road. So when you open the window for the fresh air there is noise from the road and smell of offgases and that untill really late night and from early in the morning.. But we also had a bad luck to have our balcony on the road and not the see side. So if it can be also inconvinient for you make sure you book the room with windows and balcony on the see side. I assume it should be no problem anymore. Our double room was tiny with tiny bathroom, not enough of place to put all the cloths and other things. So we had kind of a mess all the time. Some furniture pieces were broken. The place for brealfast is well organised but in the cellar. One room without window and air conditioner. On the hoter days it was quity sticky in there. There is a small terrasse outside that can be used for breakfast too, but we could not use it as it is allowed to smoke there and as no smokers with little child it was absolute no go for us. All in all and disregarding friendly stuff and great breakfast I find the price quality balance rather bad. Appartment for the same price would be a better option.

The breakfast was great, taste and selection. The location was only a short stroll to the beach, shops and village centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A very fair price in high season.

When staying for 5 nights it would have been nice if the towels were changed and rubbish emptied. However, I did not ask the staff. I am sure that if I had asked it would have been done without problem.

Location is near the beach and the included breakfast is a welcome option. The bed was really comfortable. The landlady was kind enough to meet us late in the evening and was really hospitable and nice.

This was the smallest room I have ever seen, if you have two suitcases you will have nowhere to open them or you will not be able to walk in the room. The shower stall was so outdated it didn't close properly and the doors were actually falling off. Also, we arrived at 11:30 pm and asked the landlady for advice where to park our car. She told us we can pay for parking at the hotel (we did) and showed us where that parking lot was. So when we came to pick up our car at 11:30 am the next day we saw that the parking was free 00:00-6:00 and 6 kn per hour in other times. Which means it would have cost us 36 kn but the lady charged us 75 kn! I don't know what that was but it left a sour taste to be honest.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Residence Panolia is conveniently a short walk to the beach and the historical centre of Fazana, and a big supermarket. My room was very ok, silent and with aircondition. Lady in reception was very accommodating and helpful. Good breakfast bufet, good wi-fi and awesome ratio price/comfort. The place has not own parking, but just 50m away was a free parking lot

No fridge on the room (but later I could use a shared fridge in the 1st floor, thanks a lot for that opportunity :-) )

Everything OK

We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Panolija! The rooms are very clean, nice, have comfortable beds and feel private - no noise from neighboring guests can be heard. The breakfast was always tasty. The owners are sweet people, extremely helpful and welcoming. The building is just a short walk to the beach and the historical centre of Fazana. A few steps away there is a supermarket, which is very convenient. We loved our stay there!

You cannot park right outside the building.

Very nice hotel owners/hosts who made sure we enjoyed our stay :)
