Everything was in walking distance to the hotel. Didn't even have to leave the facility. nice friendly staff

The location, the staff was great, the rooms were awesome. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I have a daughter with disabilities and is in a wheelchair so we booked an accessible room and it was so nice. It was very big and spacious and truly accessible. The breakfast was very good and the value was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Was able to checkin a little early. The deposit wasn't as much as other hotels. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was great. The hotel was connected to the casino.

I was happy with the whole experience. It was a great time. No issues at all.

the breakfast lady yelling at me for putting chocolate chips in the waffle iron… was a bit embarrassing as an adult, and she said “I guess people don’t read signs anymore, I put up a sign saying no chocolate chips…”. my issue with the whole thing was how she scolded me, like I was a child AND I told her I had stayed at another Hampton recently and the guy that managed the breakfast was the one who showed me “how” to add the chips right into the waffle iron. anyway, I think there would have been a better approach then scolding me like a child so others could hear. Also, when we checked in, a lady working was mopping the floor and hadn’t put up a sign that I could see. I was pushing a cart with my luggage and took a step to come around the cart after getting into the lobby and I slipped and fell hard. I bruised my hip and it was quite a hard fall, the lady was super nice, rushed over and apologized, helped me up, and tried to keep holding on and guiding me as I took some steps as I started walking and I told her I was fine. she felt bad, I could tell and wanted to be helpful. not sure a sign would have even helped, that floor was slick when wet! yikes.

Breakfast was great. Nice variety of food. And the location of hotel was perfect lots to do around the hotel. Extremely clean. The workers were always cleaning the lobby area. Rooms were also very clean and smelled fresh and clean. We loved our stay. We couldn’t say enough about it. We Will defiantly stay if we are ever in Iowa again.

We were greeted by Adam at the front desk to check in. He was pleasant, informative, and customer oriented. He answered all my questions and offered more advice for a place to eat, etc. He also greeted us with a bottle of water which was nice since we drove about 200 miles. He definitely believed in customer service. We ate breakfast the next day at the hotel and the lady who set up the breakfast was also very pleasant, a smile on her face and ensured we had plenty to eat. When we checked out the lady (sorry I didn't get her name) was very nice also. All the staff were pleasant to talk to and wanted to help in any way they could. As a surprise and bonus, when we were ready to leave, we were given a travel bag that contained a bottle of water, bagel and an orange to eat on the way back. We have stayed at many motels and hotels, and this was the first time we received a travel bag. Hats off to management for coming up with this idea. We definitely will stay there again if we go back to Burlington IA.

I believe the price was little excessive, but it connected to a casino, so I guess that is the reason for the price.
