Proche de la gare St Charles. Grande chambre. Petit déjeuner continental avec pain frais.

Nous étions côté route. Très bruyant. Je ne recommande pas pour se reposer. La salle de bain étrange, fonctionnelle mais paraissant d un autre âge. La queue pour le petit déjeuner. Le prix un peu excessif vis à vis de la prestation. Pas de surclassement par l'établissement.

Friendly helpful staff, provided some toiletries etc as my suitcase was lost and I arrived during the rioting. Felt very safe in the hotel and enjoyed the bar.

This is a very very nice hotel. Firstly, the hotel rooms are very clean, spacious and bright. Secondly, the hotel staffs are very friendly. Thirdly, the location of the hotel is very good and the traffic is very convenient. Finally, the hotel provides breakfast and the breakfast is very rich. My friend and I forgot to bring the data cable and the hotel staff lent us the data cable.

The room is simple, but has everything you need. LCD TV set , around 27". Set to boil water and prepare coffee. Breakfast PROs: is oriented on sweet baked goods, that are OK. Yogurts, jams and some fruits available. Coffe based drinks are OK

Batteries of TV remote were failing, hence very difficult to change channels. Only one coffee stick available: no sugar and no spoon. The battery of the only clock in the room was dead. Breakfast CONs: no vegetarian friendly food beside one type of cheese

Room was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable.

There's nothing I didn't like to be honest.

The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help you with any question or issue. I checked in very late at night so I couldn't park at the hotel carpark. They gave me details of a very secure affordable carpark only 300 metres away. My room has a view of the Notre Dame cathedral so that was very special, the bed super comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from old Port or a 2 Euro bus ride from across the road. The breakfast is included and very decent served by cheerful staff.

breakfast below average. too expensive. reception was rude when our cards were not working every single night and we had to wait for them to re program them to be able to use the elevator and we asked them what is the reason for this

The room was okay, quite big and clean.

The area is really trashy, the breakfast is free but impossible to eat, really bad, the time to checkin/checkout is weird 16pm and 10am, the room lacks od sockets and it was next to the street. the price is really high for such poor experience. I will not go back there.

Everything is as it should: Rooms are clean and comfortable enough, and the location is perfect if you need to commute from the train station. I booked last minute ate prices were still good

1. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet flash was not working so that was nasty. 2. The room smelled a fresh urine, honestly all night we could smell a strong odor of urine in the room. The bedsheets and everything seemed to be clean tho. 3. You have to pay 10 euros to park your car, even thought the price of the room is kind of high and they could have offered the parking especially when the parking garage was completely empty. 4.You have to check out at 10am, or you will pay 10euros for every extra hour that you stay at the room. We wanted to check out at noon and at 10:10 we have received a call from the reception telling me that if we want to stay in the room for 2 extra hours we have to come down right now and pay in the reception and that we cannot pay at the check out. They basically thought that we will run. 5. Breakfast was allover okay but we have found a Chocolate muse that has his validation until 04.03.2023, event tho it was already 05.03.2023 (we have the pictures)
