Beautiful and light apartment, very clean with a huge bathroom!

It’s on the boardwalk of the very touristy area and the entrance is between two restaurants.

We had the studio apartment with the river views, and it was an amazing view. The staff were lovely and the bed was very comfortable.  Highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the tourist area along the river. While we were super happy to stay there given the view we had, we did try to venture out from the apartment to find restaurants and stuff as the restaurants in that area are super overpriced. I can’t imagine I would have loved this location  as much if we didn’t have the view. Nothing negative about the apartment itself, just be aware.

The two AC units in our apartment were broken. I asked to get the AC fixed within 1 hour of our arrival, but no one fixed it during our entire stay and it was never addressed by the front desk again.

Location is great and the room was spacious

The air conditioners in the bedroom and living room were not working. It was very hot this week so large noisy fans were provided instead.

Definitely the view. Amazing view of the Porto.

Unbelievable location. Great views of the river from the bedroom. The restaurant downstairs was one of the best places we ate at in Europe so far. Would highly recommend!

Like? No, we loved it. From the moment we entered reception and met Fatima and her team that assisted us throughout our stay. (Don't let the entry throw you off, you enter past tables for a restaurant). The breakfast was awesome, and we ended up actually having enough left over to use as snacks during the day. There is a laundromat about a block away up a side street that we used that was also very convenient. Laundry detergent is already included in the wash, no need to bring. But the primary was the view! Overlooking Porto and the river, we would wake up in the morning just to watch the mist over the river and listen to the sounds of the city. I was a bit worried about the noise from the restaurants and street vendors right outside our balcony but once we closed the balcony doors, we heard almost nothing from the streets (and on Saturday night it was quite loud). Was a great place to stay during our trip to Porto, even though technically we were in Vila Nova de Guia. ;)

We had a small issue with the shower overflowing at times, but when we mentioned to the front desk they came up immediately to investigate to see if it was clogged. It wasn't. Older building and plumbing. But honestly, a very minor thing.

The location was fantastic- right on the river front promenade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The studio room was beautifully decorated and perfect for a short stay. The complimentary breakfast was incredible!

The only difficulty with the property is the public parking. Our GPS was unable to direct us to the public parking recommendation given to us by the hotel. We ended up parking in the World of Wine parking lot after about 30 minutes circling around and trying to find Parque Pinte Luis I.

The location, facilities and staff were excellent! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The included breakfast was massive and we could not eat everything! It was delivered to our room - which is different - at a time we requested. Even though we were right on the main tourist drag it was very quiet. The terrace was a very nice feature and great for people watching!

Loved 296 and loved Porto- The view the view the view- Magnificent- very spacious and clean good bed and pillows great shower- would throughly recommend. And great breakfast delivered to your room. Lovely friendly staff.

Unlike most airbnb, there is a reception open until 8pm. Reception lady was super friendly. When we told her we leaving @4am in the morning so we would not need bfast, she arranged for us to get it the night before at 8pm. Location, Views ( ours was 1 bedroom on 3rd fl) cleanness all top class. Decent soundproofing. kitchen is stacked with all the needs. I think we had a safe, but didn't use. Uber pick up right in front. Wish we stayed longer.

Wall heater was a little intermittent. But was offered to use a portable if needed, which was nice but in the end I didn't need it.

Everything was perfect. The person in the reception was really kind and made us feel as family. It was a really nice stay thanks to her. We even were able to ask for food in the restaurant downstairs, and they bring it us to the room. Will repeat without question. Really nice to stay with small kids.
