I had an amazing, fabulous and relaxing stay at Mirador Boutique Villa. The Villa is spacious, nicely decorated with amazing balconies stared the sea. Lia (the owner) made it an extra special stay. She is so friendly, kind and made my stay feels like home. Overall i had a great stay and I will definitely come back. Thanks!

New and spacious, super comfy and clean rooms with stunning views. The rooms had all the amenities you would ask for and the furniture throughout was new and visually stunning. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. We just wish we had more days to spend at this beautiful Villa but we most definitely will be back! If you are planning to visit Porto Rafti, Mirador Boutique Villa is the place to be.

Comfy bads, nice view, fireplace

Our stay at this villa was spoiled by normal availability of hot water. In first days of our stay, we could take a shower for no than one hour (and this is for 7 adults and one kid), after that hot water finished. At first we though that’s because there is a small boiler and it needs time to warm, but that didn’t work. We haven’t seen that host in-person, but communicated with via messenger. Each time when we wrote about the water he asked us to check once more. As we understood there is a smart home installed and he could control that remotely. Only at the end of our stay host told us that there was a schedule according to which water would turn on/off and it was only three hour a day, of course we had no idea what hours were, as nowhere in house rules it was written. The day before our departure, we insisted on turning on the hot water cause we were exhausted from trip and wanted to take a shower, instead host keep saying that he turned everything on. Moreover host of excused us that there are more than 8 people living in the house, saying his neighbors were spying us (probably people didn’t hear of privacy!) and saw our friends who hangout with us, but lived in apartments two streets higher (we have their airbnb booking as prove). The problem of hot water wasn’t resolved though and we asked our friend to take shower at their place! Kitchen utensils are obviously lacking as well. Although place corresponds pics and house is okay, I strongly do not recommend this place, because of hot water and it just not the way host should treat his guests! The attitude is awful!

The panorama is special, the facilities it has are above expectations

Villa Liana is special, but it is quite difficult to reach it. I had to make 4 trips to memorize the road to the villa even with google maps.
