Great communication. Clean and nice room with a spare bed. Easy entry without ever meeting the landlord. Great with yoghurt in the fridge for breakfast.

There could have been butter and juice in the fridge for for breakfast.

This lovely little B&B is on a little side-street in the centre of the old town. It's ideally located for restaurants, cafes, and a sight-seeing stroll on a Sunday morning.

The location was great—in the old town and near everything but not in the middle of the noise. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and there was a full-sized blow dryer. They also let us use the kitchen at all hours and store food in the mini fridge there.

The breakfast was dismal. All pre-packaged foods (croissants, crackers, cakes, etc.) Not one piece of fruit or yoghurt or anything fresh or even moderately healthy. Parking seemed very expensive compared to Lecce or Monopoli at $20/day. The street door and front door keys are difficult to work, at one point we thought we were locked out. A little WD-40 might help. Also, some other guests were sketchy—not the fault of the B&B but just wanted to mention it. This isn’t a B&B in the classic American sense, but more like a Pensione with your own bath. The owner is not on premises (hence the packaged breakfast.)
