Location excellent for restaurants, shopping beach and public transport . Very spacious villa , bathrooms and bedrooms modern and clean . Pool and pool area relaxing with warm outside shower . Collection of keys and communication very straight forward and allowed early check in / late check out

Location was excellent

Before booking, please check the arrangements for picking up keys for the apartment and the arrangements for leaving the apartment and what you do with your luggage.. Interhomes communication and help was poor. We were flying on the Sunday and as this was the only time, we were able to fly that day we were asked to pick up the keys at their office in Benidorm as our flight arrived at 8pm arrival Casa Alan at 9pm and this was out of their office hours. We arranged for them to meet us at Casa Alan and were charged 30 EUROS for somebody to meet us in Albir at the house. We were met by a gentleman who could speak no English. For our departure we were told to be out on Sunday at 10am our flight was not until 8.20pm, We asked if we could leave the cases in a safe area in the grounds of Casa Alan and pick up at a time to tie in with our Shuttle bus to take us to the airport. I was advised by Interhome that they could store in their office in Benidorm. With 8 travelling this was not convenient. When I first found out about the keys and the case storage, we had already booked and paid for the accommodation thinking that there would be a key safe at the holiday accommodation. We had asked when the next client was arriving bearing in mind that you are told you cannot get in the apartment until after 4pm we asked could we keep our luggage in the grounds until 4pm. – We were again advised NO it was at the Interhome office in Benidorm. We found accommodation in a Hostel Restaurant Ventorrillo (OPPOSITE Macdonalds) 10 minutes from Casa Alan at an extra cost of 80 EUROS which we booked for a night’s stay but we only stayed for 5 hours in order to store cases and freshen up. For the family this was all very stressful but as far as the accommodation was concerned Casa Alan was amazing, well kitted out excellent swimming pool and very convenient to all the shops and cafes. Great location with supermarkets, good restaurants and beach all within close walking distance.

Outside furniture was very tired, various tiles missing on pool steps and BBQ was rusty and dirty. A little TLC & small investment would make Casa Alan 10/10.

Location was excellent, very close to bars, restaurants and shops

Beds could be more comfortable, with extra blankets as was chilly a couple of nights, also to provide some pool towels

Fantastic suited our need perfectly 4 adults all had a double bed each , short stroll into town center
