We loved the property!

The property was exactly as advertised, spacious and clean very helpful staff in all areas. A great stay for 3 generations and especially for the nipper!

Our family had such a wonderful vacation at the Westin Ka'anapali. The resort is beautiful and perfect whether you are a couple or a family with or without children. For us, we traveled as a family of 6. My mother, my husband, myself and 3 children (8 year old twins, 6 year old). My mom had the 2 bedroom studio which was perfect. There was a small kitchen, washer and dryer and full bathroom. There was also a private patio with a view of the ocean for her. We had the larger of the two units. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Full kitchen, dining room with table, washer/dryer, private master bedroom with access to balcony and full bathroom. The balcony was also accessible from the living room which also had a pull out sofa bed for my boys. For anyone traveling with young children, the balcony doors have a child-proof lock. The view was absolutely amazing and we were truly ocean front. The location of the unit itself was great. Just steps from the pool and ocean. Our family enjoyed going back and forth from the beach to the pool with ease. There is pool side service and a little bar/restaurant right by the unit that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner...it's a small menu but just right for the vibe! There are also child and adult only hot tubs. You can rent cabanas or beach chairs and umbrellas everyday if you wish. Our family truly had a relaxing and excellent experience and hope we can book again for next year! PLEASE NOTE: Upon arrival, our room was not ready at 4pm. This was disappointing after traveling all day. We booked a Saturday to Saturday stay. This is their busiest day! Had we known, we would have packed our swimsuits in our bags so they were easily accessible. Just be prepared in the event this should happen. Other than that, it was the best vacation with kids we've ever had!

Booking the property with Michelle was fast and easy. I received email communication with my check-in information leading up to the trip so I didn’t have to go back into old emails to find my confirmation. Busy property, staff was excellent. Pool area noisy. If you want chairs by pool you must claim them by 6:00 am. Beach chairs, umbrellas by 8:15.

Overall we love this property. We had the perfect unit facing the ocean. The only confusion was at check-in. We weren’t sure how to check in since this was listed with VRBO. We have never stayed here before and didn’t know the process.

With all that 2020 was it was so nice to get away to Tropical paradise. The room was great and we'll maintained. The grounds were beautiful and having the beach right there in front was great.
