Everything. Simply the beast. Beyond my expectations. We have beautifully panoramic see views from our huge and wide terrace, and from two gardens, front and back, two complete bathrooms wjth all amenities, and more, kitchen with all necessary equipment and much more, comfortable beds, three very quiet and efficient AC in each room. Very solid and absolutely constant Wi-Fi approximately 13 MB/s. Simply outstanding maisonette in very quiet area less than 100 m from sea. And of course least not the last, the host Athanasios. Perfect and very polite gentlman. Thank you for your hospitality. Evharisto poli.

1. There is no satellite TV (only BBC news). Actually, there is equipment but it doesn't work. In the living room is small LCD which is not connected properly (the signal is bad). In the bigger bedroom there is big LCD LG 50 inch TV with excellent picture with Greek programs TV and radio, but it does not have WI- FI built in. If you like to watch Netflix, Disney+, Racuten, Prime video or simply brouse internet on TV, bring your laptop and connect with your HDMI cable. Problem solved. I bought 2m long HDMI in nearby electronic shop for 3,60 Eur. I've connected HDMI with my laptop and enjoyed. P. S This is only FYI and it is not concerning the maisonette. The beach is not the best but is very quiet. But near Nikiti are all best beaches in Sithonia like exceptional Trani Amudia, Vourvuru and it's fantastic bays, Kalogria, Agios Ioanis, etc. The other side of Nikiti app 1 km east, has allso excellent beaches.

The house and the location is great! Really near from Nikiti’s promenade, which is full of restaurants and shops! The house is big, really good equiped and the owner was super nice to me and my friend.

Host was very nice through out the stay. The house is good for a family. The house is close to the beach and about 20 minutes away from the Nikiti port/center. The house has everything you need like washing machine, 2 sun umbrellas, bicycles, BBQ grill etc.

The house was not very clean on arrival. There were spider nets in the living room. Even after the cleaning crew come (once during the stay) nothing changed other than towels and bed sheets. Furthermore, initially, the stay was listed with 3 bedrooms. There are actually only 2 bedrooms and an open space living room with 2 sofas. The downstairs bathroom is tiny and doesn't smell very well.

Perfect location on a quiet place, out of the crowded center. No restaurants nearby, but are on 15-20min walk or 5 min with a car. The house is excellent equipped with everything needed, to feel like at home.

There are a lot mosquitoes in the region. The closest beach is not very good, but is almost empty with nice clean water. Kalogria beach was perfect for us and is 10 min with car.

Quiet and clean

Google should correct the location of the house. In some of the houses in Nikiti tap water smells of sulphur.

Very nice house in a serene quiet place it still close to Nikiti center and it was very comfortable in every way-beds were great even the sofa bed that we slept on was incredibly comfortable. The house had everything a person would need and more-washer, cleaning supplies TV Wii games AC fully equipped kitchen etc. Great view from both terrace and front patio. Our host was super welcoming very accommodating gave us lots of info and had made a list of nearby beaches worth visiting.

Everything about the property is great. Nikiti beach however is not great but nearby Agios Ionnis and Tranny Ammouda were AMAZING.Kalogria beach looked amazing but was very overcrowded.
