Excellent location. Very comfortable place to stay. Having a little one we appreciated the space, kitchen area to prepare bottles and spare bedroom for naps. Communication with the hosts was also good.

Parking is a bit tight but not a huge problem.

The flat was very clean and tidy indeed. The facilities were very good with everything we needed easy to find. There were notes left out about the wifi and local amenities. The shower/bath had lots of hot water at a decent pressure, not always the case in holiday lets. The furniture and carpets were clean and comfortable, altogether very pleasant. Parking in the courtyard was very convenient if you are confident at reversing into a confined space. Towels and linen were fresh and comfortable.

The courtyard area looked rather tired and scruffy, it could do with a refresh. The bed pillows were too slim to support my neck and I had an ache in the mornings. A selection of thick and thin pillows would have given me a choice. Note I was the only one of the four of us to find this a problem, the other three slept fine. This area of St. Leonards, close to the sea front, is rather run down, but it is at least close to the sea front and local restaurants.

Everything! So clean, really comfy bed, cosy but spacious. Good shower, parking a bonus, close to everything. Lovely stroll along the prom to the pier and further on the Old Town. Great friendly host. In the heart of it but yet set back from the road so quiet. We just loved it all and will defiitely be back!

Nice large property. Not too far from the seafront. Quiet. Handy to have off street parking.

A little far from the pier and to the Old Town but not too much of a problem for us to walk. Helped that the weather was good. Parking was a little tricky, as when reversing in there is a low wall to negotiate which is not easy to see in the dark. Perhaps paint it white.

It was like home from home, very clean and well presented, very quiet.

Table and chairs outside would have been nice.

Tap dripped in the kitchen. Sheets were not ironed so did not look very fresh. Towels looked old

Nothing everything was perfect

Plenty of space, comfy sofas and bed, well equipped kitchen. Milk, tea and coffee on arrival which was great. Also arrived to a bottle of wine and a bottle of hand sanitiser which I was really impressed by. The house was super clean.

Parking was a little challenging.

Everything was perfection its self.

There was nothing not to like about this accomadation.
