Apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Excellent check in procedure and check out. Great location. Will absolutely return.

J’adore la piscine

Les toilettes en bas étaient vraiment sales et sentaient mauvais. Nous avions demandé une berceuse pour bébé, mais nous ne l'avons pas reçue.

Well equipped kitchen and spacious accommodation. Swimming pool on the roof. Quite near to supermarkets (15 minute walk) and restaurants. Convenient for ferries to the islands.

The broken toilet roll holder, broken toilet seat and the broken plug in the wash basin. Dirty curtain in bedroom and filthy windows and dusty skirting boards and unswept balcony area. Unsightly damp patch in the dining room. Also a moisture absorber was in the wardrobe above eye level and this fell over and the toxic contents spilled down the wardrobe into drawers containing clothes. This caused skin irritation when it was cleaned up. All of these points were reported to HD Properties and somebody was meant to come round but never did. They did replace the broken clothes airer.

Sorry to say that, but everything was bad regarding the apartment and the staff. The city of Olhão is nice though and worth visiting :)

- We waited 1,5 hour (from our first call) for the staff member to arrive and give us a key. - The staff was rude - they yelled and scream at us (and said that's normal in Portugal). - The apartment wasn’t consistent with the description on the booking site, it is on a ground floor instead of “second floor/top floor” and there's a view on a parking lot instead of “ocean view” (the company admitted that they're showing pictures of different apartments (and some of them they don't own anymore). - We’ve found out big black mould in the bathroom and ants in the kitchen. - The apartment is generally in a very poor state: there’s a thick layer of dust on a hood over stove, walls are scratched and doors are sloughed. - They don't provide: swimming pool towels (despite having a pool in the same building), laundry detergents (despite the presence of a washing machine in the apartment), detergents for dishwasher (despite the presence of a dishwasher in the apartment) etc. When you rent an apartment for a couple of days buying all this things is very expensive and would be nice if the company could provide them at a small amount. - When we directly wrote to the rental company to address some of the biggest issues (like the mould in the bathroom) they accused us that we sent them a pictures of different apartment and that this isn’t theirs… So we make a short video to proof them wrong. Unfortunately that didn’t change their mind. - This rental company has 100+ apartments in this region! So watch out!

Excellent facility, very good location

We were with small child and it was for us that he has much place, clean floor, our bed and place for to eat. So we made a good choice!) The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice peaceful area. 2 food shops were 15 min walk from us. We will be happy to stay again in this place!)

Pool is cool! Rooms so big and fine!!

Nice property for the small family Beds were comfortable and Kitchen was nice. Very good location as well.

I don’t think there’s anything. Just a bigger TV would be good for the kids
