The house is perfect for 11, slightly squashed for 12. It has all the amenities we need. The kitchen is well provided to cater to large groups. Being on bus stop 11 allows individual freedom of movement, lovely for young adults—walking distance to the supermarket which will deliver to the house. Not having a car posed no burden to us. The semi-private beach is a dream. We highly recommend this house.

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (4 years old and 10 months old) and everything was perfect. The house was amazing and the beach was perfect for the kids. You have everything you need next to the house and Christos was very prompt to our questions and helped us every time.

Perfect location, the private beach was great, the patio and outdoor kitchen excellent, the host Christina very helpful, our whole group enjoyed our stay, we wii come back!

Have just returned from a truly memorable stay at Villa Penelope! A wonderful setting with an amazing view. Having access to a semi private beach is idyllic especially with young children. Very spacious and easily accomodated two families. We had to keep an eye on the two youngest children with the steps and terraces. However, that's the joy of having young children, you need eyes at the back of your head wherever you go! Christina was very helpful with giving information on where to go. Such a fantastic place and hopefully we will revisit in the near future.

We hired this villa for our wedding and guests. A beautiful property with amazing views and plenty of room for everyone. All our guests thought the same and we would highly recommend it to anyone going to Skiathos Thank you so much

Fabulous location with wonderful view, virtually private beach easily accessible, more of a home than a holiday let. Plenty of space and good terraces for shade and sun. I would recommend hiring a car if you have children and if you want to swim at far flung public beaches.

Anonymous We were two couples and spent a wonderful time at Villa Penelope during last two weeks of September. The villa is huge with big terraces and the private beach is easily accesible. Most of the time you are alone, and can relax without a lot of people around. Our first impressions was the breathtaking views and the overlooking stunning stretches of Skiathos coast and neighboring islands. It really exceeded our expectations, the outside space of the terrace is enormous, and you have stunning views from every window of the house. We also liked the barbeque area, but mostly we were sitting in the evening on the terrace have the chance to see the beautiful sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped, you will find everything you need, bedroom and bathrooms are well designed and huge. The whole house is very clean and well decorated. We would like to thank Vassilis and Thimios very much for their hospitability and good recommendations for the surroundings. You can find various supermarkets nearby within 2 min. drive by car. The same distance you may drive for finding wonderful restaurants, and a lovely beach is approx. 5 minutes drive away with a fantastic restaurant at the beach. We really fall in love with this fantastic villa, and would like to come back very soon to have again a great time at this beautiful place. Thanks again very much for all your hospitality, Vassilis.

We've been there for 2 weeks beginning of October and can say that we've had a very nice time there. The house is well located, close to Skiathos town (but far enough to have privacy) with a bus stop just opposite to the house and a large private area to park several cars. Well equipped also (even if a washing machine would be useful). Cleaning once a week. You can benefit from huge terraces with on one side the sun all day long and on the other side of the house some shade. A nice beach is available down the alley (we don't meet anyone there during our stay as the access is limited to 3 houses...). And there is also a very large barbecue area (up to 30-50 perons I would say !!) ! In a few words a very nice place !!!

We visited Skiathos and Villa Penelope at spring time. It is an ideal house for families with children as both the house and the beach are easily accessible. The villa has huge spaces with big balconies and a breathtaking view! One of the advantages is that you can also rent a boat and keep it at the beach downstairs. The manager and the cleaning team were both very helpful and friendly with everything we needed. They proposed us nice places and kept the property clean and well equipped! Generally the villa is well maintained and has tasteful decor. It has also huge open spaces ideal for parties. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Very comfortable and well equipped villa with views to die for from the many terraces. Loads of entertaining space, well equipped kitchen and good bathrooms. Huge BBQ area for large parties. One or two things lacking, such as a washing machine, which I've told Vasilis about and he's remedying for next year. The lack of a swimming pool, which is great for families with young children, is more than compensated for by the villa having its own private beach down a few perfectly manageable steps and only shared with two other villas. Much better than fighting the crowds on all the public beaches on the island. A piece of Greek heaven to which we will return.N&C C

This is a fabulous villa for family groups or groups of friends. It is extremely spacious inside the villa and also on the various terraces at several levels outside. There is a large BBQ terrace with excellent BBQ, built in tables etc where we had 30 for dinner the night before a wedding ......we could have invited 80 people and there still would have been plenty of space! In addition, both levels of the house have large balconies with far reaching views out to the Mediterranean. There is no pool which is ideal if you have young children in the party. This is more than compensated for by the villa having its own beach down a few very manageable steps ....a real luxury when most of the other beaches on Skiathos are full of people! The house is extremely well equipped in a very comfortable and functional way and well serviced by excellent cleaning staff who will come in as required. All in all, a piece of Greek heaven!
