This property was very clean. The living area was comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed; however we would have appreciated a toaster. The radiant floor heating works very well. The window shades provide good privacy. The building is secure. The towel warmer works double duty as a bathroom heater. The shower water pressure was good, and the temperature was as well. The location was close enough to the Christmas markets to easily walk. A Monoprix is close by. Restaurant Sahmeran is close by, and has very good food & service. Overall, we were happy with this property, either one huge exception (see below).

This property immediately gets two points off for the bed: it is a one bedroom apartment without a proper bed! There is a Murphy bed which is marginally comfortable. At the end, there is about 12 inches between the sharp edges of the frame and a piano. Really?? A piano in the bedroom?? We think the owner has nowhere else to store it, so it is stuck there, making the bedroom cramped and uncomfortable. Multiple others have commented about the piano, but no one had stated that there is a Murphy bed - this is not a real bed! It is a shame that that tarnishes this property. For this reason, we would not stay there again.

Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Fewo ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt. Herzliche Begrüßung durch den Junior der Vermieter. Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz. Ein kleiner runder Couchtisch könnte noch ergänzt werden 😉.

De indeling en inrichting van het appartement. Heel smaakvol en gezellig. Slechts 6 minuten lopen naar het oude stadscentrum. Chantal is een vriendelijke en zeer attente gastvrouw!

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment for 6 nights. It is a very generous size for two people and had everything you could need to cook whatever meals you wanted, a great sized bathroom and a washing machine, dishwasher etc. as well as a nice supply of coffee pods and dishwashing tablets. Is super well located just a short walk in to the old city of Colmar and its location is easy to drive in and out of to do day trips. Check in and out was very easy and communication was great. Overall the perfect place to stay in Colmar

Es war die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Stadtzentrum war sehr nah. Und die Weinstraße konnte man von hier aus wunderbar erkunden.die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week in Colmar. The decor is modern and stylish. Great location; a walk into the centre of town took only 5 minutes. There are many great eating places and sights to see. Chantal, our host, was very kind and took the time to explain all the facilities including guiding us on the best way to negotiate the underground carpark! The private parking was a bit tight and patience is required but it was fine. I would say if you have a huge SUV it might be a bit too much of a challenge! However, having access to a private parking space was a real benefit as most of the public parking spaces in the city were full each day and charged to park. Colmar station is around 20 minutes walk and from there we took the train for a day trip to Strasbourg. The Vosge mountains with their beautiful towns, hill walks, and many castles are a short drive away.

Nothing much to say hear, everything was great. If I were being super picky a little less furniture (like the piano!) in the bedroom may have made moving around easier.

Chantal was a wonderful hostess. The apartment was modern, spotless and had everything you could need (except maybe a microwave). The apartment was close to everything happening in Colmar and the parking was a bonus. Beautiful town, lovely apartment. Many thanks.
