It is absolutely stunning. It’s a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of Sirmione. You wouldn’t know that your walking distance to the town- it is so quiet.

Loved everything

I loved the peacefullness of the place althoug it is situated in a very touristic town.

Nothing the owner can do about this but the place is very challenging to reach with a car. You have to drive some 600-700m through very tight streets full of toursits.

Getting to the hotel is scary as you have to drive through very narrow streets , full of people ,kids and pets . The hotel is right inside Sirmione . taking the car out again in the day was not possible .

Stunning property with breathtaking views and authentic Italian atmosphere. Breakfast offering was excellent, and it was lovely eating outside in the garden. Hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy memories created for a fantastic family holiday. Thank you.

Really gorgeous villa especially for its price. Room was a little tight and cosy (we have 6 year old and a baby) but we managed fine. The breakfast on the terrace is divine especially the main lady who preps everything. She was so lovely and loved chatting with our little ones- we appreciated this.

Location is in the old centre- so just know that you have to drive through the crowds. It is daunting at first but gets easier every time.

This property is a gem! The bed and breakfast was gorgeous with comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The owners were great and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. There are no elevators and the property is located on somewhat of a hill where cars do not often drive so just something to note if your carrying luggage. Would highly recommend this stay!

Just beautiful

Francesca & Sergio made us feel like we were family. A hidden gem of a place, close to town, but away from the crowds. Stunning prpperty. I don't want to say how great the property is, in case it's fully booked when we return again.

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is wonderful, at pretty much the highest point on the peninsula, it has a large, lovely garden (and covered patio when it rains), it's only a few minutes walk away from a very busy Sirmione, but so quiet and peaceful. The room was large and beautifully furnished, it felt very exclusive. A great place to come back to each day.

If I had to I would sat the mattress was firmer than I like, but everything else more than made up for that it wasn't a problem

We loved the grounds of the property they were stunning and we made use of the hot tub. The honesty bar was a great addition the drinks were chilled and you just had to fill in what you took. The property is at the top of a hill so the views are just stunning. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. Sirmoine was very busy during the day when we visited late September but in the evening once the day trippers had gone it was quieter and was nice to explore. We went on a beautiful boat trip and walked to Jamaica beach. There is a great fish restaurant we visited called Al apes store at the bottom of the hill which we really enjoyed and would highly recommend.

The town is touristic but what do you expect. It not something negative, there is still a good atmosphere.

The villa is beautiful and historical and we really enjoyed sitting outside eating breakfast each morning. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious with lots of choice (and the usual Italian sweets and treats!). The owners and friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome! The view from the room on the top floor is nothing short of sensational! There is also a new hot tub in the garden which was very much appreciated as it was 38 degree heat... nice to take a dip with a cold glass of wine! The property is only about a 30 minute drive from Gardaland which was fun to visit with our kids! We had a wonderful stay there.

the ambience of a historic private home that remains styled with the family’s precious antiques and paintings. Quiet, just far enough from the crowded streets of Sirmione. An easy 5 minute walk to either the beach or shops.

August is quite warm. There is air conditioning but the state regulations on use make it only bearable, not comfortable. This is not a problem at night because the cool breezes from the lake are lovely to sleep with open windows.
