picture of the pool attracted our attention as well as the location. it also has 2 bathrooms which is convenient when you are a group of friends.

the owner is very nice and welcomed us. however , the whole property needs some attention particularly the kitchen, the Internet which was not reliable or not working / these days we cannot deal without internet-. I did not read properly when I first read the details written in small as I assumed it had a dishwasher and a washing machine like any other rentals I used in the past. but i missed this part; cooking was like camping; changing plugs for boiling the kettle or using the toaster etc..Standard safety was not respected in the kitchen. The hood above the cooker was out of order; dining chairs and lounge chairs were so uncomfortable. Cooking utensils were so poor or inexistant in general. The mattresses were soiled, underneath the beds, the floor was just filthy; the towels provided were just too old. The good things: 2 bathrooms, parking space and very clean swimming pool and sun terraces, location.

Loved it! The host was so kind and helpfull, super service-minded. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

Friendly and helpful owner. All necessities covered. Spacious comfortable room, best night's sleep as is quiet and can block out light. Excellent property, would recommend.

Studio was quite dark.

Great location in quiet area, within 15 minutes walk between beach and city. Very close to nice Restaurant Maslina. Swimming pool was very nice. Studio room was very private, located on ground floor and had a nice shaded area to sit. Perfect for our dog with access to small grass area. I recommend a stroll to town trough the Beach by Lone Hotel were a nice promenade is leading to town. Supermarket located nearby. Very good price/quality ratio. Private parking onsite

The apartment was very clean and a good size. Pool was good to cool down and a nice area to relax. Good location between park and the town which is very beautiful.

We stayed in the studio on the ground floor. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Our kid got a box of toys to play with during the stay, which helped us a lot. As well, we were allowed to stay one more hour during checkout while waiting for taxi. Everything is very clean and tidy, enough house facilities, including in the kitchenette, well furnished. Swimming-playing stuff available by the pool. Good location, with supermarket and restaurant close nearby. It was nice as well to have an outside dining area, in the shadow.

We suffered from mosquitoes, so had to buy preventative stuff, as kid was bitten badly. And our bathroom was bit tiny, which was not a big deal though.

We were staying in the studio on the ground floor (entrance side). The studio comfortably accommodates a family of 4, maybe the bathroom is a little small, and the apartment is dark, but it didn't disturb us. There is air conditioning. In the evenings you can comfortably sit outside. The pool is awesome: good size, very clean, allowed to freshen up on a hot day. It is safe to leave a car or bicycles in a locked yard. Close enough to the beautiful Old Town of Rovinj, which is within easy walking distance, even with children. Very good option with pool for a reasonable price. Good luck for hosts.
