Above all Costas the owner exceeds every expectation, he helps you in everything, he knows every place and every night he sends the places you might visit. Kefalonia was a dream and Ioannis house sea view and Costas made it to become true. Thank you Costas.

Ioannis House was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything we needed. In a great location, near beautiful beaches, perfect location to explore the island ! Costas was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Near Ioannis House are some of the most famous restaurants and taverns of Kefalonia like Andromeda Souvlaki House, La Mer, Spyros Tavern , Lithero restaurant, and many others! Three of the best beaches of the island Lourdas, Trapezaki and the marvelous Kanali beach are only 5-10 minutes away. Costas is a fantastic cook , we cooked together Greek pies and we had a fantastic bbq night! Costas thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience during our visit. We wouldn't have this most exciting experience had it not been for your consideration and generosity. Once again, thank you for being such an amazing host! Our experience at your place was fantastic.

Ioannis House Sea View is a beautiful villa- house, so very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Costas and Mama Helen are the perfect hosts. A fantastic welcome with wine, fresh fruit, homemade jam, and many tasty surprises!! Excellent base for travelling around, breathtaking views. So peaceful and calm. Three of the best beaches of the island Lourdas, Trapezaki and the Caribbean blue exotic Kanali beach is only 5 minutes away. Ioannis House Sea View is well equipped with everything you can imagine and even more. Books, board games, cable TV, wifi, a high end Bluetooth sound system, toys and umbrellas for the beach and a fantastic BBQ outside! Thank you both so very much for making our holiday so very special. The standard of everything is excellent! A truly hidden gem. It surpassed all my expectations…brought back so many happy memories and created new ones. Thank you so much. Will highly recommend to friends and hope to be back.

Our host was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful, and the house was exceptionally well equipped. It's within a few minutes walk to a good selection of supermarkets and tavernas.

Very nice big apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. Perfectly equipped kitchen, as well as the rest of the apartment. You find everything you need! Costas is the most helpful host we ever had. He expected us with cold drinks, self made jam and self made olive oil. He even cooked for us one night, which was awesome. You come as a guest and leave as a friend. We recommend to have a rental car to explore the beauty of the island.
