Is a nice place, it has a good location. The e room was comfy and spacious.

Good location near the beach (4 minute walk with view of ocean from upper floors). Well kept for the most part (a challenge in very humid location near the beach). They clean daily as long as do-not-disturb sign is removed - something a lot of places don’t do anymore). Free parking on site. Tres Palmas room is roomy. Deck is large with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. staff were friendly and welcoming. They have beach items to loan (sand chairs, large towels, etc.). Coffee maker and refrigerator. A/C worked well. Burger bar across the street convenient with very good burgers (part of their facility). This is our second stay (first one was pre-COVID, you can tell they have worked to make improvements, and we hope to be back. Thank you Casa Verde!

Not close to much and roads are very winding and slow. Slow time of year (end of summer) and many places closed. Most yours (even for the west coast) are based out of San Juan (on the east side of the island). Because it is a small property, there are limited cleaning staff so if you want to sleep in late, you can’t get your room cleaned (though you can get towels, etc. at the desk). When cleaning was done, it was not complete (one day asked specifically to have toilet/bathroom cleaned; neither toilet nor sinks were cleaned). Pool could use better care (murky most days). No elevator, so getting to the 3rd floor rooms is tiring, especially with luggage or after a long active day.? TV with limited channels and goes out with heavy rain storms (several times during our stay). Bar next door can be loud with partying late at night.

Loud noise of party at the property on top of hotel till 2:00am on weekends, rooms are to close to the bar, no rexaling time after a full day of activities, full parking when guest come in late, I was in room 101 bathroom way too small a big person cant fit confortable.

it was extremely clean, everyone was super nice and welcoming. The cute restaurant at the top was very much a cute vibe and it was extremely relaxing. definitely would come back.

The overall design of the hotel. European influence of door and windows were a good touch to our ocean facing entrance. The dark wood furniture with the white painted room was very homey. Great evening 🎶 to set the mood.

I would have preferred an at hotel breakfast because of the distant to the nearest eatery.

Practically near of everything. beaches, restaurants variety of brunches and very accesible to the town.

the staff was very nice. Property was nicely maintained, 1 block walk to the beach, close drive to town.

the room was very bright in the morning, bathroom floors and grout could use a good cleaning

Close to everything in Rincón

Some of the facilities need some work and cleaning. Lack of ice machine unpaved parking. Took a long time for the water to get hot in the shower. The bed only had two sheets no blankets.
