This apartment was in a perfect location, next to 2 lovely pools and a very handy bar and restaurant. The apartment was perfect for our group; spacious and clean with 3 bathrooms which was great. Joaquim, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be going back!

We stayed in the apartment after breaking up the visit for a wedding. The linen and towels had been refreshed, as well as the bathroom soaps. Joaquim dropped by to say hello and bring a few supplies which was really nice. We ended up extending another night which was quick and easy (and very much appreciated). The flexibility on checkin/out times was also fantastic as we had a late flight out. Thank you Jaoquim for a wonderful stay in Luz.

We wanted an apartment in this complex to be close to family staying there and so happy we found Joaquim’s place. It is equipped with everything you need and more! We were really impressed by the amount of things for young children - plastic cups and plates aplenty as well as some beach toys. (Only note is, there are some steep stairs in the apartment so if you have little ones would pay to block them up as our wee one had quite a bad fall on night one!). There was a cot and high chair too which was very handy. The apartment has plenty of cutlery and crockery for large groups, and three balconies to make use of. There was plenty of cleaning products available, and the washing machine was a saviour travelling with a toddler. Joaquim was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible on the times we arrived and left which was great as we needed the late checkout.

Absolutely outstanding property. very clean and extremely well equipped and to a high standard. we were only 4 people so we had a lot of space, but even with 8 people there would still be a lot of space so ideal to share or for a large family. walking to the beach, bars and restaurants was no more than 7 minutes so a perfect location. The property owner Mr Afonso was really good, answered emails and requested within 30 minutes and made the whole process from start to finish easy and comfortable. by far the best pace in Luz, thank you Mr Afonso

We couldn't have asked for more in terms of the check in and check out process. We were allowed to arrive earlier than we thought and equally stay longer than we thought on our last day. The accommodation is superb and very well equipped. The complex itself is maintained well and the pool area lovely. Lux itself is a charming little resort and you are in the centre and beach in around 5 mins from the apartment. All in all a very good stay

We were a group of 5 adults and 3 young children and we were very happy with the apartment, had everything we needed and more. Even supplied beach towels free of charge which was a bonus as towels are so heavy in luggage. Apartment ideally situated to pool, beach, bars and shops. We didn’t have a car but if you do there is parking right outside the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, homely and comfortable with full air conditioning if required which was fabulous! We all really enjoyed ourselves here and will definitely book this apartment again - Thank you Joaquin.

The apartment was perfect for our crew - 4 adults 2 teenagers and 2 kids. Plenty of space and top quality facilities. Joaquim was a pleasure to deal with from the outset. In essence a great apartment in an ideal resort.

This is a really good sized apartment in a nice complex and walking distance to the beach. Some of the items (e.g. crockery) hadn't been cleaned very well but not too big an issue. The main problem was that the air conditioning on the upper floor wasn't working on arrival. We were told that somebody would come to fix it on the Monday (we arrived on Saturday) but they were unable to and had to order a new part. This meant we had 6 very uncomfortable days and nights and kept being told the engineer would arrive at various times, only for him not to turn up and eventually being told (always after having to chase it up myself) that he couldn't make it and we'd have to wait in again. It's a real shame that this put a downer on what otherwise would have been a lovely holiday.

appartement conforme à l'annonce. Bien situé,entre piscine de la résidence et plage de sable fin Lumineux,spacieux,tout confort. Le temps nous a permis de nous baigner à la piscine et pour les plus courageux à la mer. très bon accueil à la réception. Nous avons profité pleinement en famille de quelques jours au soleil.

The apartment was an excellent size and configuration for our three generation holiday with the additional upstairs living space being much appreciated by the grandparents. It is a very short walk to the resort’s swimming pool and play area and not much longer to the beach and restaurants of Luz. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied.

Excellent apartment in a very good location,close to the complex pools,and a 5 to 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants in Praia da Luz.The apartment itself was modern spacious and well equipped,and would definitely recommend

Amazing quality apartment. Small touches like the Nespresso machine made this feel like a special holiday. Joachim met us at the beginning of the holiday to allow us to drop off our luggage while he cleaned the apartment and was so helpful and genuine. The apartment is very spacious- I stayed with my wife and 5 children and it never felt cramped.

Overall, I was very happy with this property. Has all mod-cons and plenty of space for both family and friends. Ideal for those with teens, or elderly parents, as there is a separate living space to that of the main living area. Check in to the apartment was seamless, given our late arrival 11.20pm. Staff were great. the property has 4 balconies which cater for all day sunshine :). I was delighted to find that there was no charge for the use of beds by the pool " Italy is murder for this". That being said, the one and only qualm I would have about the BAIA is that the staff are very strict with bringing any food item into the poolside area. This included nuts/ crisps / fruit, not a huge deal but would be very expensive to feed 3 kids every day from the pool-bar.

We stayed for 7 nights and found that every aspect of apartment had been considered. The layout was very flexible, easily accommodating two families of 4 and the maximum number of 9. It was the quality that was most noticeable. Every detail was provided for even to the point that every kitchen knife was actually sharp, a first for us! The pool area, just 50m away was pristine and offered adult only and children's pools next to the Tennis courts and Restaurant Bar. The excellent family friendly local beach is literally 5 minutes walk away and has all the facilities you need once you get there. There are many other great beaches and great restaurants within easy reach of this location and we explored the coastline from the West coast, brilliant for 'full on Atlantic surfing, experience down to Sagres where the fort and light house are the most South Westerly tip of Europe. Nearby beached of Burgau and Salema are fantastic as well and just 15 mins by car. This Apartment is the best apartment we have stayed in by far. Highly recommended.

A great apartment - everything you could possibly need. A real home from home . The owner was great to deal with. The complex offers a lovely heated pool and great Italian restaurant and snack bar.
