Everything was there for us. From a clean pool, to luxury coffee machine and airconditioning in the bedroom. We can only thank Shane for a wonderful 5 days, home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay in Pottsville in an apartment that had lovely garden area where we shared our afternoon wines. It was a very relaxing place and well located.

Shane's property was perfect for our stay. The location is beautiful and the accommodation was clean and spacious.

This was a spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment. With the sitting room it is quite roomy for two people. It was attractively appointed, very clean and well equipped. Well located, just outside of town and not too far from the beach. Lovely garden and pool. Host was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended, we would go back any time.

A beautiful private space that is very relaxing, and filled with lovely touches. A home away from home. Shane was a lovely host - very helpful but also ensured our privacy.

This downstairs apartment was great for a short stay (2 nights) at Pottsville. The kitchen area is small but we hadn't planned to eat in. The bedroom, bathroom and lounge are a good size and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the host Shane was very pleasant. Parking was a little unusual - we had to park on the nature strip, but it was quite wide so that was OK. The apartment is not in the centre of Pottsville. We had thought that we might walk to dinner each night (at the local tavern and at Pipit restaurant), but each was a bit too far to take on at night.

Stepping stones lead across grass to the main door of the house. The door to the Stayz flat is to one side across wet, boggy grass to a narrow porch. It is not a villa which is defined as a separate dwelling. The entrance to the flat opens to a narrow galley "kitchen". No dishwasher. Cooking facilities are a microwave, a portable toaster oven and a plug in hotplate - cheap and nasty. No airconditioning. The bedroom is at the front of the flat on a relatively busy road - it should have been at the back. The overlarge bathroom is the only attractive space but takes up too much of the very small overall floor space. At the back is an airless dining/sitting room from which pumping music from next door or above was prominent. The pictures on the website give a totally misleading impression. There is no luxury. It is not "on" Mooball Creek which is over the road and not directly accessible. We abandoned the place after 2 hours and forfeited over $1000 rather than sink into gloom.

We had a wonderful weekend away with plenty to do as well as relax away from work. The property was lovely, the pool was fabulous and the host Shane was very gracious.

Was absolutely beautiful. The area was wonderful no so peaceful, loved how private it was. Shane was helpful when we arrived and it was comforting knowing she was close by just incase anything happened

Shane’s villa is well located to access all of the highlights of the Tweed Coast & surrounding Hinterland. The villa is spotlessly clean and comfortable with spacious outdoor area and beautiful pool. The property has all you need to enjoy a break exploring the Tweed Coast and surrounds.

We stayed for four nights after a few days in Byron. It was very quiet and relaxing. Lots of beautiful local beaches to choose from and the pool was nice to chill at home. Good local cafes and takeaway places. Would stay again.

The property was perfect for our small family. Shane was responsive and accommodating. The facilities were wonderful and extremely clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and extending our visit by two more nights. Shane welcomed us and provided plenty of information about the area. The location was perfect for us- close to beautiful beaches and a great base from which to explore the area. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. It was especially helpful to have a washing machine. We had access to the swimming pool and enjoyed the small garden and patio. We would highly recommend Shane's apartment.

Lovely, quiet and restful place approximately 30 minutes” drive from Byron Bay. Shane our host was helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us; she was there when we needed her, and never overbearing. The villa itself is bright, clean and comfortable with a lovely, private outdoor pool and ample indoor space for a couple. Highly recommended for those who want to be near Byron but prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle.

I can't say enough how perfect our stay was at pottsville villa my boys and I loved it so much we can't wait to book it again. Luxury is the perfect way to describe the villa it was very clean and just the way it looks on the photos if not better. love the big glass open doors to the outside siiting area out to the awsome pool which was just so perfect we love to have a pool aswell as the estry and beach and that I could see the boys from every angle inside the bottom living area and outside is wonderful. The only thing was the water feature didnt come on at all but still great.THE bedrooms have the perfect bedding for a larger family the double bunks and single extra single bed with pleanty of room. the second queen room was great with the slider door to the outside grassed aread just perfect. then WOW you go up the stairs to the master bedroom and it is just that the king bed is so comfortable you have tv and dvd airconditioner fan double sliders out to a beautiful private balcony with table and chairs. a mini bar fridge but the open layout of the bathroom with the beautifully tiled shower and the spa bath is just stunning and the modern double basins gorgeous. The size of the walk in wardrobe very nice so much space. We loved the kayaks and the bikes all the little extras they provide tea and coffee paper towels etc very handy. THANK you. Lady was great she welcomed us early and quickly went through the details she was just great and dI dnt evendors know when she was there. thank you look forward to staying again

It feels like you're in Bali! The indoor/outdoor seating area, lush interior and fresh pool made this oasis a great getaway. With 5 of us in the family, we had heaps of room and the parent's room (floor really!) boasted a quiet balcony and amazing spa bath. 20minutes to Tweed Heads and 35 to Byron Bay. This is a real gem. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Pottsville Luxury Villa. On arrival we were welcomed by Jaki. Pottville is a beautiful house and in a location away from the bussle of Byron, but still close enough to enjoy all the beauty of this wonderful shire. Everything was as expected & more! Spacious, beautifully decorated and all the facilities like home (but near the waterside). The outdoor lounge was such a delightful area to sit, to bask in the sun and read a good book. We look forward to visiting again.

We loved our stay at Pottsville Luxury Villa. The villa is so private and quiet. It has its own pool or you can swim in the estuary just across from the villa. The beach is only a leisurely stroll away. Jaki was just lovely and greeted us on arrival. We didn't see her after that as her place is next door and is some distance away. We also loved Pottsville and enjoyed some great meals out during our stay. We can't wait to go back again.

Spent Easter 2016 here- it was fantastic from start to finish. Shane met us there and showed us around the villa- the boys loved the bunk bed! So close to everything- bike ride/ walk to surf beach and creek across the road. Pool was an added bonus- all the "big people" would like one at home now- great size. Can't wait for my next stay. All up we had 5 adults and 3 children and plenty of room. Thanks again Shane for such a wonderful place.

Stayed here during the Christmas / New Year period. House was just as the photos show. Walking distance to shops. Having bikes and pool equipment was a great addition. Owner was very welcoming on our arrival. Very clean and has lots of welcome additions, tea, coffee and condiments, the very things you often forget to grab from your own pantry. Would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely home.

Beautiful Villa, clean, great location, great pool. Kayaks are fun. Unfortunately we had the following issues. The Wi-Fi didn't work and only a limited attempt made to fix it. The front gate and pool gate into the front court yard and outside shower are kept locked and access is then through the house which makes the outside shower generally useless if coming back from the beach. The owners mum lives behind the Villa and came in at least twice without knocking or announcing herself.

We enjoy our stay at this lovely property. Everything we required was at our finger tips. Will definitely be back.

We stayed for only two nights but wish it had been longer. Villa was super well equipped with comfortable spaces everywhere you turned. We'll definitely return in the summer when we can use the pool.
