Really wonderful place to be, the beach across the road is beautiful. It had everything we needed and we had a very nice time.

Beautiful gardens in a private setting. Great indoor/outdoor living and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We normally stay in Muri so was a nice change, sadly a few mosquitos on the patio ghat were annoying.. otherwise was a brill place with great snorkeling.

The property had everything we needed and everyone got a bedroom. The beach right over the road was beautiful and snorkelling was great. Very safe for our 3 and 7 year olds. We got to see some amazing sunsets too. The high, fully fenced section kept our kids safe from the road and the private garden was great for them to play in. Shop just a few minutes walk down the road. I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the dogs and roosters can be quite loud through the night. Would recommend this property and would love to stay again someday.

Great location with almost beach view. Private tropical gardens. Outdoor covered area utilized every day. Best kitchen with everything you could need. Comfy beds & great laundry. Maybe bathroom could do with some love & new blinds in master but would MOST definitely stay again. Best stocked mini mart 50mtrs away. Sad to leave. We absolutely loved our stay here and it was perfect for us. It was clean and well appointed and a walk across the road to a perfect swimming and snorkeling spot.

We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect spot. The beach was stunning and the house itself so spacious and well equipped. I loved the furnishing and art, crisp cotton sheets, brilliant weber BBQ, outdoor patio and huge garden. Would definitely book again.

Lovely, spacious indoor/outdoor area. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. Was the ideal spot to recharge & relax. Close to everything we needed (Dive shop, grocery store etc)

The only problem we experienced was the TV, it had expired by it's used date & needed to be replaced. Sad to say, we had no TV for the last duration of our stay, 4 days.

Tidy, comfortable home with everything that you could need. Beautiful securely fenced garden with the beach just across the road. Restaurants and cafes only a short drive away, and only 7km from the airport. The Property Manager, Fiona was always available and really helpful too. Great place for a family to stay with 3 bedrooms and inside/outside dining and lounge areas. Great spot.

Hopefully planning to get here soon after viruses closed borders, ended wedding plans and family fun. Looks like a fabulous place and planning to reschedule our booking as soon as we can

Great homely little beach house with everything you possibly could need!

Excellent house and property. We were traveling with a toddler and friends. Everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Very homely. Fenced section great for toddler. Shop handy just down road. Good swimming beach directly across from property. Road a bit noisy, but quality of house more than makes up for it. Thank you. We’ll definitely be back.

We spent 2 weeks in this house And enjoyed it The manager Fiona was very helpful and always on tap I would recommend this house. Only minutes from the beach. 10 minutes from town. Lovely garden and facilities very good

From the moment we arrived we certainly had that holiday feeling, the surrounding were private and well appointed. We had an awesome holiday with our family and made some fantastic memories. I would highly recommend this holiday home. We will definitely be back.

Great location, across from beach, 1.5km from excellent snorkeling at Aroa beach and store just down the road. Had everything we needed, quality furnishings and great range of kitchen equipment.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Kavera Beach House. The location was stunning - a 2 minute walk from an amazing snorkelling beach with many tropical fish, a big garden area with table and chairs and a lounger, a brilliant beach bar just a few minutes walk away up the beach and a shop 5 minutes away along the road. Plenty of things to help us really enjoy our stay such as kitchen equipment and items left by previous guests such as condiments and so on. We left some for the next guests too. The beds were very comfy and we had a TV with DVD player (and a few DVDs) to chill at night. We were also afforded total privacy which was brilliant. Pure fresh water was provided too at no extra cost in large demijohns and we had so much fun watching the geckos scuttle around and also the chickens in the back yard. Very generous parking space (yes we avoided parking under the coconut tree Cristine :) ) and also a top line washing machine and clothes line which was handy. We LOVED staying at your beach house and will happily stay again. Thanks so much for making our trip to Raro that extra bit special Cristine and especially Fiona who was very helpful and called us just after we arrived to confirm we were ok. AWESOME!! ☺

We loved our short stay in this house. The location was great: a little away from the tourist mecca of Muri but close to a wonderful beach, excellent fish and chip shop and local fruit stall. The garden was enclosed and very lush and peaceful. Loads of seats, cusihions and chairs with a well equipped kitchen.

The property was very comfortable and close to the beach, a grocery shop, ice cream bar, fuel and a cafe and bus stop. There was a small fruit stand opposite. All the tours we did picked us up in front of a resort only a couple of doors away. Restaurants, souvenir shops were further away. Next time I would hire a car/scooter for ease of getting around but as we had activities planned every day and were picked-up and dropped-off we were happy. We really enjoyed our holiday on the Cook Islands. The owner replied to any questions I had promptly and arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport on our arrival.

We loved our stay in this very private home, right across the road from a gorgeous lagoon. It's fully equipped with everything you could need, the kitchen is fantastic - a perfect home away from home. Located on the Western side of the island, a perfect spot for catching sunsets and afternoon cocktails, super close to shops, and about 1km to the best cafe on the island Beluga!

After a hectic start to the year the Easter break was the perfect time to escape the hustle and bustle of reality and escape to a tropical island. Kavera Beach House was the perfect place to come, disconnect and relax. The house has plenty of room for a family and an outdoor space that is secure for the little ones. Everything needed for cooking up a storm and just over the road is a short track to the beach which you can easily whittle away a day at under the palm trees. Just do it!

Perfect place for staying on Cook Islands. Clean and cosy house with lot's of amenities; basically you can find everything you are looking for :-) Owner of this property and the Manager were both friendly and gave us handful tips about Cook Islands and activities. High fence around property giving a lot of private space. I wish I stayed there longer :-)

We stayed for 21 days in Kavera House on Rarotonga, an extended visit. The house and grounds are very private with large rooms and all the amenities. The property manager was extraordinary and attended to our minor issues immediately. We did visit Aitutaki and the Kavera House was perfect for a home base for additional exploring in the Cook Islands. The people here are exceedingly pleasant and it was our pleasure to get to know some of them. Scuba Diving, snorkeling, hiking and dinning out. I bought a ukulele made by a Rarotongan and am now resolved to learning to play it like an Islander! No small feat...

Excellent property! Everything you need with beach across the road, private large garden and a ice cream shop a 1 minute walk away. The kids absolutely loved it here and do did we!
