Excellent apartment. Very stylish and luxurious. Perfect location. Extremely clean and well kept. Parking close by and complimentary. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Very helpful and good communication between the host. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

The location was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the self serve breakfast was nice to have. It was a last minute booking for us before our cruise from CIVITAVECCHIA, and it was such a lovely surprise to find this gem so close by.

There are three lockable/rentable rooms that open to a shared, central kitchen/dining area. The rooms were very nice with beautiful and modern appointments. The room on the ocean side had a small balcony where you could see other balconies of surrounding apartments and a small peek of the harbor. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast items including croissants, biscuits, fruit, jam and nutella, espresso and tea, and a few other items. My group used two of the rooms and it was hard to know when the third room was occupied so we were always trying to be quiet and not disturb them. The location was perfect and the hostess lovely. Extra touches included a book of maps and other brochures available to look through.

The bathrooms are very cool but they are not at all private in that their walls are floor to ceiling glass. That means if you are showering, the person relaxing on the bed can see you until the glass steams up. Probably fine for a romantic couple traveling together but not perfect for friends traveling together.

Superb! Fabulous position in the centre of town and the free parking was so convenient. The room was very stylishly decorated, clean and comfortable and to have the communal area to prepare food was such a good idea. Delicious croissants were delivered straight to my door! Will definitely stay again! Grazie!

The host was very sympathetic, and she advised us good restaurants and beaches. Room is new and clean, modern and quiet. Location is perfect in Porto Ercole. We had croissants on our door each morning for breakfast. Private parking near the apartment.

Giovanni was very helpful. He met us at the car and guided us to the accommodation. He carried our luggage which we were grateful for because the accommodation is on the second floor and no lifts. The rooms were clean and the owners put a lot of thoughts into the interior design. However, it would have been helpful to know that the doors to toilet and shower room are fully glassed.

The location of the apartment is very central (right next to the port and restaurants), the parking is easily accessible and reachable (even with a bigger car).

Breakfast was mediocre at best (typical sweet Italian breakfast with some cereals and sweet pre-packed crossaints). It would be so much better if some eggs/cheese or even bread would be provided.
