The owner did a great job renovating and was very thoughtful and generous in furnishing and provisioning the unit.

PRO's: close enough to both Vail and BC for skiing.Place was comfortable. Hot tub not working during our stay but the in suite sauna was very nice and we used it every night. Garage across the street was also a great option for snacks and hand warmers. CONS: No coffee options so bring your own (first for me in recent years as everywhere has a fully stocked Keurig setup), low on glassware for cocktails + wine. Bathroom sink did not drain well.

This condo was perfect for our ski strip to Vail and Beaver Creek. The location is so close to Avon, which provides tons of options for restaurants, grocery shopping, liquor stores, etc. Anything you need is a 3-4 minute drive. The location was also very convenient to ski both mountains. We drove to both Vail and Beaver Creek, and took advantage of the close parking options. The unit itself was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the real wood fireplace, heated bathroom floors, and the hot tub. The condo was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils needed to make breakfast before we hit the slopes. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was great to work with. We had a quick question about the hot tub, which was answered within minutes, and a property manager even came by to check and make sure the question was addressed.

Beautiful condo with great amenities, inside the condo and outside. Inside - the master bath is exceptional! The sauna and the heated floors are fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, the fireplace worked great and there was a full load of wood. The only thing to be aware of - there is no TV in the smaller bedroom (it is in the picture) and the TV in the master bedroom did not work but the owner told me they were having that fixed. Outside - good covered parking, access tp the hot tub and pool was easy and close by. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! We were in town for an event that night and so we made a mini vacation out of it. If I’m back in the area I would gladly stay again! My only regret is that we had such a limited time in such a beautiful place!

My husband, 15 year old son, and I loved our stay here. It was just close enough to Vail, retail centers, restaurants, etc., while distanced enough to feel like a serene retreat. We loved the river sounds and balcony view. A perfectly accommodating "base camp" for many wonderful adventures in the region!

We stayed in Avon for 2 nights as we were passing through to Moab. The condo that had everything!! There is no AC, but there are fans in the master closet if you get warm - the weather could not have been more pleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river. The location was perfect for visiting Vail. We also took a short trip to Leadville. We saw deer and a moose along the way. The restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic! Special shout out to Fattoria Restaurant in Avon - delicious! We would definitely stay here again! The hosts thought of everything - and were very easy to contact.

We loved being right on the river. The beds were comfortable and the condo was up to date. We really enjoyed our stay! Great accommodations for the 4 of us with plenty of room.

Wonderful property, had everything we needed. Kids loved the bunk room, the sauna was the best to find R&R after a day on the slopes. Super close to everything. will be back!

This was a great property and I would definitely book it again. My only complainant was that I was there for work and didn't have time to relax and enjoy the amenities.

This place was perfect for an adult family of 4. So close to Beaver Creek resort. Very comfortable and the view is awesome.

Great property -- looks just like the pictures. The manager, Andrew, was excellent, and got back to us immediately when we had questions. The only thing to note is that this is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, just keep that in mind. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Nice property! This place was clean, comfortable, centrally located and exactly as described on VRBO. The management company (SkyRun) made it easy; the one person I dealt with was polite, professional and efficient. Even though we used very few of the condo amenities, it was well equipped and well stocked; including the kitchen. Public transportation to/from the ski area, Beaver Creek, was short walking distance from the condo front door. On this visit, Jan 18-21, it was only my buddy and I (2 adults), however, the condo would easily sleep 6-8 - (if needed). We would certainly return to this property given the opportunity. We had a lovely, quiet stay here. The condo was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the river view. Location was close to everything needed, yet not in the middle of bustling activity.

Stayed here for a night prior to a company golf outing. The place was very clean with great amenities. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Thank You!

We have never been to Vail so we didn’t really know what to expect as far as location, but this place was perfect for us. The property is a little older, but that didn’t matter at all once we got into the condo- which was newly remodeled and so nice! It was perfect for our family of four! Everything was clean and well stocked, and our two kids (9 and 8) loved it! The river and mountain view were beautiful, and we kept the door opened to listen to the sounds of the river- it was so relaxing! At first we were worried about the location (again, we have never been to Vail) but I actually liked that it was close enough to everything to enjoy it, but still away from the town of Vail and Beaver Creek so that you feel like you are in the mountains. It was such a wonderful family vacation and we are so happy with this place. Also, the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and a swim after some hiking, horseback riding, and rafting. Andrew was very responsive and we had a great time! Thank you!!

This property was great for our weekend retreat. The location next to the river provided a nice view from the balcony. Well appointed with covered parking and easy access to restaurants, shops, hiking, and scenic drives. Looking forward to a winter stay with easy access to the slopes.
