Exceptional sea view and proximity to the sea
While the sea is close, it is rocky and there is no real beach you can sit or lay down

Stunning apartment. High end fixtures and fittings, AEG appliances LG tvs etc no expense spared. The owner kindly upgraded me to sea view ground floor as stairs where a problem for me, which meant i had pool less than 5ft from my door. The view across the bay was amazing. I wanted to stay 2 nights longer i was that happy with it but i was booked on to the ferry and would not have had time.

+ Sauna and pool are nice, but might be crowded if many people plan to use it and they are in a rather visible area
+ Interior of the apartment is new and especially the bathrooms and terrace are quite nice
+ Good location and nice view to the ocean from the upper floors
Can overall recommend the apartment especially because of the ocean view. Would rate it 8 to 9 of 10 stars.
- stove too small to fit two larger pots/pans
- "gym" isnt really one and found not every aspect of the description of the apartment/building to be accurate in general
- while it generally was clean, there where some spots on the wall/couch and crumbs on the carpet (general cleaning fee was 40€)
- I found the couch to be pretty uncomfortable
- the wifi was partially bad

The host Slavica was outstanding. She supported us in every case we had. The location is priceless. Super modern and stylish apartement, family friendly, with outstanding view at the sea.
Probably the best location to stay at in Novi Vinodolski, since it has a private pool and is only 10meters away from the beach.

Close to the sea front. great view, modern apartment. The terrace is amazing and we enjoyed our meals watching the sea front. It’s also angled perfectly so that we were not facing the afternoon sun abs sun set. Meaning the rooms were comfortable during a really hot summer
Strangely I didn’t read the details when I booked but there are no toiletries or separate pool towels. I’d expect this as minimum for the cost and clientele they target. Your privacy in the apt is comfortable but when we where there it was strange to share facilities with the owners family and friends. My daughters felt uncountable and migrated to the terrace
