Parkplatz am Haus sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter gute Ausstattung

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, der Garten ist super. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es war leider nicht sauber, in der Küche gab es noch Brotkrümmel. Die Dunstabzugshaube war sehr dreckig und man konnte Sie nicht einschalten, da es keinen Schalter gab. Dafür brannte das Licht der Dunstabzugshaube dauerhaft, da es keinen Schalter gab, mit dem man es ausschalten konnte. Die Waschmaschine war leider in die Jahre gekommen und war schon angerostet und ebenfalls nicht sauber. Es war außerdem sehr staubig im Apartment.

The apartment had everything you would need for a nice stay. The garden was beautiful and relaxing.

The pictures do not do the beauty of this place justice. The villa is stunning as well as spacious and spotless. The private patio was wonderful to sit in for a morning brew and a relaxing evening drink after the sightseeing. It’s a short walk to the main town and everything is walkable across the main city. The host was a lovely man, Igur, who was super helpful in giving tips for what to do etc and also helped us park the car as it’s an awkward corner into the property!

The host was very friendly and kind. The house was well equipped. There is wonderful garden.

The parking space was a little bit hard to reach. It could have been a little bit more cleaner.

Fantastic spacious apartment in a great location.

A beautiful apartment in a historic villa 5 minutes walking distance to the centre of Rijeka. Plenty of space inside plus access to the garden with sitting an dining terrace and views of the sea.

Location was perfect.
