We had a great stay! Davis was so helpful before and during our time there! House is very nice, clean, and very comfortable! Highly recommend!

We travelled through FCO to fly home with our daughter (18) & son (21) plus their Grandma. From the start, David was extremely friendly, responsive & helpful. He graciously added Grandma to the booking after we’d already confirmed our numbers and made sure he had enough beds ready for everyone. David’s place is very close to FCO (+/-10 mins) but the taxi lineup was hours long. David very patiently took the time to help us organize a taxi to his home, for which we were very grateful after a very long and tiring day of travel. David’s place was such a welcome sanctuary to arrive to. A peaceful garden with hammock seats and outdoor eating area (with lights!) welcomes you and the suite is outfitted with everything anyone could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A fully equipped kitchen and table for 6, 2 (!) full bathrooms, a washing machine, and 3 bedrooms! Also a sofa bed in the living area, so we had one bedroom with a queen bed, two with single beds + the queen sized sofa bed…. Perfect for our stay! Every part of the suite & garden are charmingly decorated, making for a very cozy and homey stay. You can tell the care and love David & his family put into hosting people in their home. There are several stores & restaurants close by for food and drink. We didn’t have the chance to explore further. Sadly, as with most guests it seems, we only booked for 1 night to be near FCO, but regretted not staying longer to truly relax & enjoy. Grazie mille, David & family! ♥️

We stayed in David’s apartment bc it was so close to the airport for a morning flight we had the next day. The apartment was super clean and had this beautiful courtyard. David was always very responsive to questions and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. Highly recommend David’s apartment!! Grazie David!

David was the best host! He met us at the apartment when we arrived, ordered us a taxi for the next morning trip to the airport, and very quicky came to fix a small issue we had with a key. The apartment is very clean and attractive; the garden area is lovely. The location was perfect -- quiet yet just a few blocks from restaurants and a quick ride to the airport. Thank you David!

Had a great time staying at David's property. We we're in town on business and stayed for 6 night. Great location, 10 minute walk to over 50 restaurants. Excellent coffee bar right down the street. David was super easy to deal with and communicates in English very well.

The apartment was just right for our night in Rome before our early morning flight. David was extremely attentive and communicative, assuring a smooth checkin and arranging the early morning taxi.

Close proximity to the Rome Airport. Great host, he understands & speaks English really well. He helped accommodate anything we needed, including calling on our behalf to reserve/schedule a taxi to the airport on our departure day.

The owner, David, is extremely helpful and pleasant, and was happy to arrange a cab to the airport for us and answer any questions we might have had. The place is kept wonderfully clean, and is very modern and up-to-date. The decor is wonderfully eclectic and very welcoming. The layout is a little bit unusual, with the two bathrooms side-by-side and separated from the bedrooms by the living area, but that is just a wrinkle. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would heartily recommend.

If you need somewhere to stay near the airport, this property is great! We rented this property from David for a 1 night stay. We had an early flight out of FCO and had to be at the airport at approx 4 AM. Not only was the property near the airport, but it was very comfortable and the AC actually worked! We actually woke up cold in the night for the first time on our trip! David was an amazing host and even helped us schedule a taxi pickup for 4 am to get us to the airport on time. I wish we could have had more time there to relax and enjoy his patio area!

We stayed here for a night after our cruise. Host, David, was fantastic and very accommodating for us. Apartment was very clean, beds comfortable and as advertised. AC worked great. David was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. His parents met us at the apartment and were very friendly and showed us around. The apartment was very clean. Close to restaurants. Apartment is only 5 minutes from the Rome airport FCU. David set up a taxi for us to be picked up at 7 am.

We had such a great stay at David’s property. He was kind enough to open up his rental while out of town and put us in touch with his family who lives next-door to take care of checking us in and making sure we were comfortable and situated. His parents were absolutely fabulous And both my dad my sister and I all fell in love with them. David’s mom even went as far as to walk us down the street to show us the best coffee shop and pizza place in the area. Talk about Italian hospitality! The rental was equipped with more than we had expected. Fresh bottles of water for us in the fridge, great bedding and towels, and everything was super clean. Of course we had wanted to stay at this location as it was so close to airport for our international flight the next day, but wanted a beautiful backyard to enjoy during the day at the end of a two-week trip when we knew we would be exhausted. We fully enjoyed the backyard in the loungers and enjoyed the beautiful string lights in the evening in the backyard before the mosquitoes came out. Our family all said, make sure to leave a great review for this place. David was very good about communicating with me ahead of time and like I said, was kind enough to open up his home to us even when he be blocked off the time frame for his personal holiday. We should have stayed longer at David’s house. Perfect location with walk-in distance to breakfast options and many dinner choices. His house is beautiful, AC was appreciated (there were 106 degrees that day), everything was very clean and the appartement was equipped with everything we needed. There is a beautiful garden also. David did above and beyond to accommodate us and responded very fast to all of our requests. Would highly recommend his place. Very close to the airport as well.

Lovely property and walkable neighborhood with good restaurants. David is a gracious and responsive host! We flew in a day before our cruise departure and enjoyed quiet location for rest and conversation. Airport is nearby so taxi connection was easy and we were only an hour from our cruise port. David and his entire family were the most welcoming and warmest people we met during two week trip to italy. The apartment was as described we provided everything our family needed told him that the next time we come to Italy we were playing the stay longer.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet -- just what we needed. It's a very nice, large space with a beautiful courtyard. We parked right outside the door. David was very responsive to our emails. Because my daughter wasn't feeling well when we reached Fiumicino, I reached out to ask about an early check in. He couldn't have been more accommodating. Within a half-hour, he met us at the apartment, showed us the space, and let us in 2.5 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. He also asked us not to hesitate to reach out, if we needed anything.

The apartment is gorgeous, elegant, spacious, quiet, and clean, including a wonderful patio. David is by far the most generous, kind, warm and caring host we've encountered. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, guiding us to a delicious restaurant, helping us get there (thanks for that ride!) and arranging our taxi to the airport. We were very sad to leave Italy, and staying at David & family's place gave us a final, warm Arrivederci. Thank you so much, David! Be well.

This place is beautifully set, full of serenity inside out its very welcoming. unique with all updated amenities. Hidden Jewel few min from FCO airport. down the streets like 5min or so a lot of restaurants, fresh fruit stands and supermarkets. easy access to Rome for connecting points with the train and metro. haha we paid Euro 1.50 each from Rome to our Vrbo .David and his family are very wonderful people, you can't say enough about them so gracious caring they immediately make you feel at home and very welcoming, The Vrbo has separate entry way and separate from the main house, David's brother Raffaele is ever ready to help you navigate the area book a taxi or show you the bus stop and of course the house has the pamphlets/ direction on how you can manage yourself. Very safe area and place .I definitely recommend this hidden jewel

Great outdoor area, lots of room, 2 bathrooms, walking distance to restaurants and close to rome airport!

This fantastic apartment is about a 7-minute drive to FCO airport. David arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 06:30; the taxi arrived on time. The apartment has great air-conditioning and WiFi, very clean, well designed, has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. David is a great host overall; his English is very good (my Italian is not) and he is quick to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a little gem. The property was very clean, nicely equipped, everything you need for a stay. The patio with the outdoor kitchen and front yard made it a delight to sit outdoors in the evening. David and his family were exceptional, right from communicating before, and during the booking, and the welcoming check in to checkout. We will definitely recommend this property to our family, friends, and anyone booking in Fumincini.

We were 3 couples staying overnight for an early flight out of Rome the next day. It was a fantastic stay. The house was clean, modern, very beautiful. We all loved it, and our stay was wonderful. The garden in back was delightful, and the property owners were so kind and helpful. There is a beautiful area along the river with many excellent restaurants for dining (take a right outside the gates and another right to access the area with a short walk). There are local markets within a short walk for groceries. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely stay again if we were in the area.

We wanted a place to stay near FCO airport and were surprised to find this hidden gem. Very nice house and friendly service. We loved it.
