We had a great time at Palma Real. Such a nice quiet place to stay. A great pool, hot tub and beach. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about this property was lovely! The online photos don't do justice for this gem! We couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation! We will definitely be back!

We all had a wonderful time at this property. The owner and the management company very quick to take care of minor issues. Every detail has been though of. You can just show up and relax. We would recommend this location to our friends and family.

We had a great time. We loved the pool and access to the beach. Puerto Morelos is 10 mins away. Easy walk. We ended up renting a car to enjoy other activities but it is not needed. Communication with the owner was super easy and fast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-day stay at this condo with our 3 little kids. As shown in the pictures, the balcony is quite large and has a wonderful view. The hammock and comfy couches make it very inviting. The pool is great attractive and great for kids. And you can't beat the proximity of the beach - so close! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, coffee maker and other niceties. We didn't anticipate eating in as much as we did and the kitchen had everything we needed. If we stay in PM again, we will definitely be back.

The condo was great!! Huge Sony TV (65'' screen I think) with multiple channels and many in English. The condo was well appointed with nice furniture. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. It was well stocked with condiments, bags, towels, beach toys, bug spray, everything. The property is on a nice beach front with a pool and a hot tub. Just a 15 minute walk to town. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay at Palma Realz and look forward to coming back! Jacqueline was super sweet and so responsive! She send us a full detailed package on all things to know/do in Puerto Morales which was super helpful. The unit had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a pull out in the living room. My sister slept on the pull out couch and stated that the it was super comfortable to sleep on. We brought out own sunscreen, medication etc but none of that was needed as the unit storage closet had all of it already. Unit was super spacious which was helpful we had an active 2 yr old who loves running around. I gave it 4/5 rating because of few 1) we had issues with trying to get the keys from the property manager as the instructions stated to pick up the keys directly from the office. We arrived at the office at 2:30pm and the office was closed. There was no sign of when the employees would be returning back to the office, after scrambling to find the number, we called the office and the individual we spoke with was bit rude stating "didn't you follow the instructions to get the keys, they are in the lock box." The instructions we were provided was to that an employee would provide us with the keys but the keys can be found in the lockbox if we arrive that the location after 5pm. 2) The air conditioner in the room with King Size bed was not working. We called Les (who was very responsive and sweet BTW!), but unfortunately, could not get the air conditioning to be fixed until the day we were leaving. It would have been nice if the property management checked to ensure all air conditioner was working before each guest checked in. Its hot in PM and air conditioner would have been great, the fan in the room did it's best to cool us off. 3) the pool was cold as I was told the therm. state broke and there was no word on when it was going to be fixed. 4) the property was at a beach front but we could not swim at the beach due to all of the seaweed. I'm not sure whos responsible for cleaning up the seaweed- property or the gov. Despite the above issues, we would still rent the unit again during our future stay in PM. Hopefully by then the issues will have been resolved :) btw, the location was perfect! 2 min taxi ride to the center of PM (40 pesos) or 10 min walk!

This is truly a great condo and is very well maintained. We booked three condos in Palma Real during the holidays and this condo. had no issues while the others did have some smaller ones. The owners are very prompt and take care of any question or concern. I would highly recommend anyone staying here.

This a great property with everything you could possibly need! Very comfortable condo with a great pool. Walking distance into town, and Puerto Morelos is such a fun place with super friendly people, great shops and restaurants! Will definitely be back!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and it was just a short distance from town. All the people were so nice and the view was magnificent. The condo was big and had everything you would need! The patio was where we spent most of our time (on the big round chair and the hammock!) This was the best vacation I have been on in a long time. I’m definitely coming back as soon as I can!

The condo was amazing. Quiet, very secluded, clean, comfortable, and gorgeous view of the beach. The condominium staff is very kinda and went above and beyond for us as well. One night, one of the members in our group wasn’t feeling very well and a condominium employee went and got soup for her. The condominium is a short walk away from downtown Puerto Morales so no vehicle is needed and there are tons of options to eat. If you go, please eat at the Argentinian restaurant in town. The pasta and steak is amazing!!! I would absolutely book this place again. The condo is very beautiful and spacious and has all the accommodations you’ll ever need. The outdoor patio and hammock is also great to relax during sunset. Loved this place and I highly enjoyed my stay.
