Beautiful home, great location on the beach, great pool and plenty of room for all. Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen amenities could be improved on. I understand plastic glasses outside but maybe some on the rocks, martini and more wine glasses for inside. Hotel size soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion would be nice to get started. Beach towels should be provided or alerted to bring your own. Great way to celebrate my special birthday with the family.

This property is as advertised. Magnificent home with a private pool and a short, private boardwalk to the beach. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two microwaves and two empty pantries for guest use make the kitchen a dream. Three en suites (two with access to an expansive porch facing the ocean) and one Jack-and-Jill set up were great for our family. The management company was very responsive and provided ample, clear communication. The only negative is the location beside a public access. There was some noise during the first night, but that was all. Turned out not to be a big deal. Overall - just a magnificent home.

Loved the home and the communication with the property management team. Bring the following items when you come to the home with a bigger group for a few days because it’s either not there or you’ll run out: - hand soap (not provided unless someone left theirs) - dish soap (not provided) - toilet paper (you will run out of the TP provided) - garbage bags (no spare garbage bags provided in the kitchen)

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for our varied group. Some of our party had to work for a few hours each day; there was space for them to work undisturbed. I have no complaints at all.

This house is beautiful!!! It is so roomy that 18 people had no trouble being spaced out and not feeling crowded. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. Everything we needed was available. The location was great for us and it was easy to find plenty of great places to eat. Our youngest was 5 years old and the oldest was 85. The elevator was awesome to have to move our luggage in and out. The owners have gone above and beyond with making you feel at home. We are planning our next vacation and this is the house for us. Carolina Beach Realty gets an A+ for taking good care of us and meeting all of our needs. Wonderful place to make memories!!!! To the owners, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

good house...did not like location

The pictures does that do this rental justice; it is beautiful! We had plenty of room inside and the back deck looking over the pool and beach was our favorite hangout. Kitchen had everything you needed to help you cook your meals. The only complaint that I have is not having more time off to stay extra days. We didn’t want to leave! We will be returning and would highly recommend it. Also the staff at Carolina Rentals are great!

There were a few things that should be noted. The shower water burned everyone's eyes. One dishwasher by the large sink in the kitchen didn't get the dishes clean. Most of the melamine plates weren't microwaveable or dishwasher safe. One of the porch doors was unlocked when we got there. The lock was very hard to work. It was the door on the right looking at the beach. The bottom of the grill was almost completely gone. We replaced the propane and used it but it needs replaced. There needed to be more trash receptacles outside. The house only had one of each and with 17 people that's not enough. I hated to leave the trash bags on the ground but had no choice. We had problems with no hot water in the beginning and took cold showers for 2 days but it was resolved. The washer and dryer were not user friendly. The buttons were very hard to work. The middle of the driveway was paved but only partially and it dipped down to a dirt hole area. I don't know why the whole thing wasn't paved. The last step off the walkway to the beach was very high. The sand has eroded away where there could be another step added. The bedrooms were very bright. There could have been some room darkening window covers. The house is laid out very nicely. It is very conducive to family time. The road is very busy and tricky to back out of. I would look further south on Fort Fisher Blvd in the future. Kure Beach was nice and convenient to Wilmington. We had a great vacation. We take a family vacation every year.
