La struttura è bella solo esternamente

Internamente la struttura è terribile. Ti chiedono un deposito di 5000 pesos, dopo 5 giorni ancora nn li ho visti tornare indietro. Chiedo di organizzarmi un trasferimento a port barton alla reception la mattina per il giorno dopo, la sera alle 22.30 mi dicono che con i loro partner non c’è posto nei VAN e mi propongono un viaggio privato che costa quanto un biglietto aereo, declino gentilmente l’offerta e decido di andare alla stazione la sera stessa a trovare un VAN, in 15 min prendo 2 contatti, la mattina seguente faccio chiamare uno dei 2 numeri dalla reception, e scopro che quel contatto loro gia lo avevano ma non lo avevano chiamato ho dovuto trovarmelo da solo e guarda caso mi avevano proposto di andare con van privato carussimo…. Inoltre la garden view è terribile, di seguito metto foto della mia vista

Everything went well. They were even quick in repairing our room’s door just with one call. However, We were kicked out of the lobby because we were eating food we bought from outside on our last day. We asked if we can be at their outside patio but we were declined. No signage noted around the place saying no outside food allowed and this is even after seeing a family also ate outside food at the lobby few minutes prior to us. We looked like unhoused guests along their hotel’s driveway standing/eating under the heat of the sun. Very disappointing after having a nice time at El Nido

Front desk person seemed to favor international guests giving them native necklaces upon checking-in while we didn’t get any when we checked-in, than local/returning Filipinos. When we were kicked out of their lobby, they could have at least allow us at their patio.

the rooms are smelly, wifi sucks, service at the restaurant was extremely slow, towels are limited per guest, i felt really uncomfortable staying at this hotel

very good room clean good ac good staff good restaurant and service would highly recommend

gréât location - less than 10 min walk to the city of El Nido in an area relatively calm - spectacular view of the cliff from the premium rooms and from the rooftop pool

maybe a little too much music from the bar across the street but the windows are well insulated

All the staffs and accomodationo. And most especially foods!
