The place is very nice. It was evident that the owners take care in making sure the place is clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to questions/ concerns. Just about everything you need is supplied. Great trip.

The house had not been cleaned when we arrived. After numerous attempts to contact the owner she finally called. She did send out the cleaning lady. So after driving over 8 hours we had to hangout somewhere for 3 more hours until it was cleaned. We only had 5 washclothes for 6 people and only one per person for 7 days. The house is infested with cockroaches!!! A health hazard! I was afraid of bringing them home in our belongings, and YES that happened. The owner is extremely difficult to talk with and has a terrible attitude if something is wrong. The TIDEWATER is a beautiful place to stay but just don't do it in this house. Our vacation was miserable.

Not only is the villa and view beautiful and wonderfully furnished, but the rental was incredibly clean and came stocked with towels and necessities to get a family of 5 through a long weekend! Will def stay again next visit to NMB!

The condo was exactly as advertised...... beautifully decorated, peaceful location, safe surroundings, everything one could ask of a home away.

Overall the experience was very nice and welcoming I did enjoy the scenery and the views from the house. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s interested in coming down to South Carolina

The neighborhood is nice and quite lots of golf and swimming options a short drive to the cherry grove beach. This is a Villa style accommodation. My family enjoyed our stay felt right at home it was great having private bathrooms in each of the rooms😀

We loved the property but recommend a larger bed upstairs. This was an absolutely beautiful place and we relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

We had a 5 Star experience as a family. Loved the layout of the residence. Loved the amenities. We will be returning ASAP... You will love this spot.

Was a perfect setting for gathering of old college house mates. Rooms were nicely furnished and appointed. Kitchen fully equipped. Very relaxing and pleasant setting.

Enjoyed the layout of this house. Everyone was comfortable with their own room and bath. When not holding myself, would watch the golfers out back from the patio. Beautiful view of a water hole! There is a residential frog, but he was no bother. Hope others enjoy like we did.

Well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for two families with kids. 20 minute drive to local beaches (3 main beaches). Short walk to community pool. Lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc., for guest use.

Positives: Very roomy, fully loaded kitchen... every dish, utensil and small appliance you could possibly imagine, beautiful views Negatives: LOTS of bugs....LOTS! Couldn’t enjoy beautiful back deck because of the mosquitos... even with spray on and candles lit! Found many roaches (dead and alive) inside. Exterminator knocked on our door Thursday asking if he could exterminate (?)... we never called him. He saw that we had two little ones and said he would come another time. I asked if he could do anything about the mosquitos so we could enjoy the back deck... he said he wasn’t the one to spray for mosquitos. I found it odd that he would show up with guests already checked into premises.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home in the Plantation.! We had a problem with the ac on the first day but there was immediate assistance and fixing of the issue. Look forward to staying there again!!

We really enjoyed the home. It is beautiful and well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed in the 3rd bedroom to a queen size. The ad says that the home sleeps 8, which I assume would be 2 per room and the last 2 people would be on the sleeper sofa. However, the full size bed in the 3rd room is a challenge in my opinion for 2 adults. My husband and I tried it the 1st night, but we didn't feel like the bed could support us. So I slept in the bed the next couple of nights and he on an air mattress in the floor next to me. This was not ideal. However, I still give this house high ratings.

Every room in this condo was spacious, tastefully decorated, super clean and comfortable. The island kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and so large that we had five people preparing the meals without getting in each other’s way. Loved the huge bathrooms too! We ate many meals on the large deck outside overlooking the pond and the golf course. The corner condo and the many shade trees on the property made us feel like we were alone in the woods, which was a welcome relief from the sunny beach days. There were boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys which we enjoyed. Oh and the kids loved the pool and playground! The location was great in the quieter, less congested North Myrtle Beach area with its beautiful beaches and town. Can’t wait to go back again next year with the perfect place to stay!

After a full day on the beach and walking the strand we enjoyed our relaxing moments on the deck overlooking the pond. We had fun watching the turtles and ducks. Because the area is wooded it seemed that as we entered Tidewater on a sunny day, the temperature dropped 10 degrees. A refreshing relief to a hot day. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture and beds were very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Even though we don't golf, we heard that the golf course at Tidewater was one of the better ones. Thank you for sharing your home. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the property was nice, but I was not expected the property to have roaches. When we first arrived to the property, we immediately started checking it out. We noticed dead roaches on the kitchen floor, and under the TV stand and one crawling up the wall. This experience was so awful that we called the maintenance guy who in then dispatch the lady who supposedly cleaned the property. She called me back and said she will come and get the roaches up and spray some RAID roach spray. I couldn't sleep a wink all weekend and we had to keep our bags in the car because we were afraid that the roaches would get into our belongings. In addition, the outdoor furniture was filthy. It had tons of dirt, dust and spider webs on it. This makes me believe that the property was never cleaned

This was by far my favorite stay in myrtle. We go every year and this felt like I was at home. The property was quiet and had everything we needed. It was phenomenal!

My husband and I stayed at this Tidewater Villa in August. The villa was even better than the photos, and was very comfortable during our stay. We visited many great restaurants and played golf and tennis. Thanks so much for enjoyable vacation. We will return.
